My husband and I met our NYC-area egg donor through Nodal, who partnered with Sama locally. We continued to work with Sama Fertility for our surrogate clearance and ultimately the fetal embryo transfer and had fantastic results. Dr. Olcha was great and we had a successful transfer on the first attempt! Communication and timeliness of responses were a little rocky with the Sama clinical and administrative team at first, especially during the medical clearance process (though I've been told that's standard across most clinics); however, we had a conversation with their team about our concerns/challenges. I was happy and impressed to see their team take to heart some of the suggestions and feedback we relayed as a way to improve their clinic processes so kudos to them!!! Our surrogate also loved the in-home monitoring that Sama provided with their monitoring partners. This made appointments super convenient and easy for her! My husband and I had a great experience with Sama Fertility when we froze embryos with them last year. When we first started the process we had a lot of questions. However, after talking with the Sama team, we got a lot of clarity regarding our treatment options, the actual process, finance etc. They systematically walked us through each step over multiple calls. This was really helpful as we were completely new to the fertility world. During the course of the treatment, the nursing team was very responsive. I generally received responses within a couple of hours which was very helpful. For the ultrasounds, they set me up with a doctor close to my office and the entire process was very seamless. This review would be incomplete without mentioning how wonderful Dr. Olcha is. We had a separate call with him before we started and he patiently answered all our questions and put us at ease. He has a gentle and reassuring bedside manner which ensured that the day of retrieval was not very stressful. Overall, we would highly recommend Sama Fertility to anyone who is looking for a fertility clinic.

I will never trust this fertility center after I discovered one of their employees was posing as an infertility patient in the infertility Facebook group I’m apart of. If this is how they intend to attract patients, I’d say you should steer clear. Also, the business model seems really flimsy.
