my mom was a patient for years and she stayed there bc of language. She would have an appointment time but had to sit 1-2 hours and sometimes longer. Just no way to treat patients but they don't seem to care bc it is based on volume and patients don't know any better. During the pandemic when my mom needed surgery, he was not helpful at all. Just didn't care about her.

I bring my mom to see the Dr.Chan. I have to wait for long long time there. And the assistant is not nice there. They have no patient when I ask questions .

Dr. Chan is unprofessional, not answering patient's question. Rude. I will never go to see him a followup appointment.

Went in to Dr. Chans office, was greeted in the most rudest, arrogant, pompous voice I've ever seen a doctor greet his patients in. He tried to diagnose me without even looking at the chart, once I told him what was really wrong, he was completely arrogant, and just wrote me a prescription and left.. No information on how to take it or anything. He's the epitome of bad practices in medicine.

I went to visit Dr. Chan after a car accident. He was cold and uncaring. He took five minutes to look at my charts and told me in a hostile voice there was nothing wrong with me. The Hospital charts had reported broken ribs and compressed, cracked vertebrae. He is arrogant and incompetent.

I went to Dr. Chan for two visits. I found him cold and dismissive. He didn't care about me. He is so conceited that he only cares about himself and his own importance. Don't waste your time with this jerk.

Went for my first appointment with Doctor Chan today. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30pm. He didn't see me until 3:30pm. I understand that you have to wait in most offices but this was beyond rude. If I hadn't paid ahead of time (receptionist asked me for my $20 copay soon after I got there) I would have just walked out.The physical consisted of a few questions and he handed me off back to the receptionist / nurse who drew my blood and asked me for a urine sample. After I go back next week for my test results I'm never coming back. Ridiculous...
