I was miss diagnosed by a different doctor and Dr. Wong was very thorough and did all the necessary steps to find the right diagnose for my illness as well as the right treatment. Thank you!

The staff from reception to technician are very courteous & professional. Office is is always clean & tidy & I love that they sterlize the most touched parts of the equiptment in front of you before you use it. Both doctor & technicians answer questions patiently & doesn't talk down to you when discussing concerns. I highly recommend this office.

Knowledgeable doctor but could work on his manner with patients. He asked me for my history and then cut me off as I was answering. Spoke ABOUT me to his medical student but very little TO me. I would assume that this brusque manner is limiting his ability to collect patient data.

Short wait time, I was attended to in a professional manner. My inquiries were answered and I felt at ease.

Ehh so like let’s get to the chase I came in before 1 my appointment was at one I literally wasn’t seen till 2 almost 0 clock it took me forever to see the doctor and when I did it was less then literally 5 minutes he was very uncaring and didn’t say too much I tried to ask him a couple questions and he didn’t even answer most he also then just left the room like that I was still confused and uh yeah took me about 3 or 4 hours to see the doctor for that :/ bummer everyone else is great tho very nice people and the nurses and other docs were way better at explaining what was going on then he was for sure

Was very disappointed at how impersonal Dr. Wong was. Overall, he spent less than 10 minutes with me for my examination and everything felt very rushed. He asked zero questions other than what I do for work, quickly looked at my eyes and then rushed out of the room without even saying goodbye or asking if I had questions for him. I will not be returning and do not recommend him to anyone.

I have previously visited Fromer Eye Center and had a great experience with a different dr. I went in for a recent issue with dry eyes and Dr. Samuel Wong was available. I have never experienced such an unprofessional doctor. Witnessing the wait room today, I completely understand it was very busy (waited over an hour) and heard the receptionist staff tell a patient they were in understaffed. I am sure it was stressful and he needed to quickly and efficiently get through patients. However, his unprofessional demeanor was completely inexcusable for a doctor let alone just outright rude and dismissive. He did not greet or ask any questions upon entering, immediately examined my eyes briefly and said you have dry eyes do xyz (no explanation of process i.e. use drops x times a day) and started to walk out of the room and was visibly annoyed when I tried asking questions. I ended up having to chat more with the kind and helpful technician (who is not a doctor) to discuss my treatment plan.

It was a o long. It's like a 3 hour wait for the whole visit. And then doctor don't make you feel like your eye care is that important. He focus on my weight and I felt uncomfortable about that. Wasn't first time spoke on my weight. But I just felt it was more of just sticking my eyes with injection and not explaining to much on what's going on with my eyes

I was very pleased to be listened to and heard. Dr Wong's patient assistant was extremely helpful and kind. Dr Wong took the time to explain what I needed to know about laser surgery and the condition of my eyes. I would recommend him to anyone.

His office is terrible, overbooked. I waited 2 hours before he saw me, didn’t even ask me question, kept asking his nurse about my vision and decided that my vision was fine without even asking me once if i was having any issue. He was busy talking to the nurse about what he can bill my insurance for. first said i need yearly check up and then said i need bunch of tests and started talking to the nurse again about billing them. he was completely focused on the billing part rather than his patient. worst doctor ever, he shouldn’t be practicing medicine, he should open a business that just only cares about billing, even a butcher would have had more care about his animal than this one has for his patients
