Mike Sosna is an artist, a perfectionist, and an all around amazing human being. I’ve been shaving my head for almost two decades, and for the last five years I’m pretty much completely gone on top. I’ve gotten so used to it, part of me wasn’t even sure I needed this treatment. I was definitely nervous, but after seeing Mike’s work I decided to take the plunge. This man absolutely perfected my hairline and fine tuned everything with finesse. Truthfully, I was in shock when he was finished. I forgot what it was like to look in the mirror and feel good about my scalp. Mike is not only an expert, he’s the type of dude you’d want to grab a beer with when your appointment is over. I would definitely recommend Mike Sosna to anyone considering this treatment.

Hands down the best experience i have ever had. My receding hairline was a huge distraction and made me feel abnormal. Matt and mike worked together as a team to give me a brand new hairline. Matt even went out of his way to fix a few spots that faded a bit. They really care about their clients, and will always help you. This procedure was like a magic fix, and i strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have their hairline back.

I have been growing my beard for over 15 years and had areas on my face that could not grow hair. I would grow my beard out for months so it can grow and cover these spots which it did but would also come with a lot of maintenance and hard to keep looking as good through out the day. I recently decided to shave after many years to see if some of the areas grew back which they had not fully. I always wanted that full beard look without areas of patch but didn’t want to grow my beard out again. I had remembered my brother in law did scalp micro-pigmentation on his head due to losing hair. I decided to try this for my beard . When I first went to Scalp Micro USA, I was greeted by Max who was very patient and took his time to hear my story and what it is that I wanted. He took the time to explain everything for me step by step and took the time with everything to help me achieve the look I wanted with his expert opinion. I was a bit nervous but Max again took the time to make sure I was comfortable as he was doing my first session. Once completed, Max took his time to explain after care with me and what I needed to do till I came back for my touch up. I had little to no pain and no issues after. I was able to go about my day as I normally would. When I came back to do the touch up, I was met with Matt this time who also took his time to answer my other questions after a week of healing and what I want it to look like with the touch up. Matt took his time to explain and provide his expert opinion to me. Matt also took the time to make sure I was comfortable during the process and showed me as he was doing it. Once completed, it was exactly what I always wanted. The feeling that I got once the full process was completed was like no other feeling, they were both able to give me something I have always wanted with no issues, they have forever changed my life for the better, and have given me the power of confidence with their skills. I recommend this to everyone and anyone who is struggling with areas with lack of hair as this will forever change your life for the better. I greatly appreciate everything both Max and Matt have done for me from the beginning to the end of this whole process.

I had 2 session of SMP with Max and I must say he exceeded all expectations. From the beginning he was transparent about expectations and consistently went over his work to ensure it was perfect. Additionally, the facility itself was nice and the staff were welcoming and fun. I cannot this place enough!

5 stars all around! From my consultation to my 3rd session I felt like the most important client. Every step of the process I felt informed and comfortable. The whole place has such a positive vibe and every person is super helpful. Max is an absolute magician with what he is able to do. I have a severe case of alopecia and have extensive scarring, Max was able to cover and blend the SMP with my existing hair in a way that you just can’t tell the difference. This has been a life changing experience!!!

My husband flew from Michigan to see Max for his initial session and touch ups. He wouldn’t go anywhere else! Max is a professional, welcoming and supportive. He takes his time and has changed my husband’s life- so much more confidence and joy.
