Schulman Vein And Laser Center's Online Review Report Card

I was referred to Dr. Schulman after years of searching for a specialist who could treat my temple veins. While several doctors told me facial veins were very tricky to remove, one prominent NYC plastic surgeon gave me Dr. Lee Schulman's name. I called the center that same day, and the receptionist scheduled me in for a Thursday later that month. She was very informative and helpful, explaining how and when insurance might apply and the steps involved in treatment. I was nervous the day of my appointment, but as soon as it met Dr. Schulman and his kind staff, I was out at ease. After discussing my medical history and examining me, Dr. Schulman suggested a treatment plan. I was fully on board. After using charm and wit to put me at ease, Dr. Schulman gently injected the pesky temple veins that had plagued me for years. Within a few minutes they began to disappear. During the same appointment, he also treated my feet and ankles which had developed many unsightly veins after years of running, sports, and working out. The process was virtually painless, it wasn't terrifying, and I was back to my regular routine (and workout!) the very next day. Other than a tiny bruise by my right eye, there were no noticeable signs I'd done anything to my face. Honestly, I couldn't believe how easy the process was - and I wished I'd found Dr. Schulman sooner. Fast forward to two weeks after my second treatment, and I'm now treating the back of my calves and knees. I'll be seeing Dr. Schulman regularly until my legs are free of any noticeable large veins. Not only is this cosmetic, but my legs no longer feel heavy after workouts or long days on my legs. I've also read that proactive treatment is key to addressing varicose vein complications later in life. I could not recommend Dr. Schulman and his NYC leg vein treatment center more highly.

I've been very please with my experience and treatment of my varicose veins on my legs at NYC varicose vein treatment center. Dr Schulman makes sure to make you feel comfortable and I have to say it really is pain free. I've been going for less than a yr and I'm extremely happy with the results. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr Schulman if in need of any vein treatment.

I see that Schulman Vein Center (a NYC leg and hand vein treatment center) has five out of five stars, and I have to say that it is well-deserved. Over the years, depending on where I was living, I have been treated by five different vein specialists, in New York, New Jersey, and in Kansas City. None of them were able to achieve satisfactory results, with the notable exception of Schulman who was able to "erase" those unsightly blue veins and spider veins in my legs. In addition, he only requires the wearing of the bandages for just a few hours after treatment, whereas one doctor had me wrapped from mid-thigh down to the toes in tight bandages for four whole days. And there was no noticeable improvement after all that...in fact, I think some areas were worse! I am currently being treated for very prominent hand and arm veins, and I have to say that I am extremely pleased with my progress, and will post before and after photos when completed. It is a one-time payment for hand sclerotherapy but then you are covered for life with no additional charges when you need touch-ups. The treatment is almost completely painless...really, it feels more like pinching than anything else. So, if you don't want to waste your time and money, I highly recommend this father and son team of doctors. They are the real experts.

A good friend of mine recommended Schulman Vein and Laser Center to me and said she had been really pleased with her results so I said I'd give them a try. The minute I walked in the office I knew I was in the right place. The waiting room was very nice, the people at the front desk were friendly and very professional. I have been to the office three times now and have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be called into an exam room. The doctor's assistants are super nice and put me at ease at my first appointment and every appointment since. When Dr. Schulman entered the room I was like, wow, this doc is unbelievably nice, extremely confident and I could tell he had years of experience in his field. Dr. Schulman was so patient listening to my questions and answered each one making me comfortable to proceed with the injections. Because I am 66 and my legs had lots of ugly spider veins and a few varicose veins in each leg, I wasn't sure how much could really be done to make them look better. Fast forward from my first appointment and three weeks out from my third visit, my legs look a thousand times better. Doctor Schulman's technique is incredible. My husband said last week that he couldn't help but notice when I was walking back from the water's edge that of all the cosmetic tweaks I've done over the years, that this was, "the best bang for my buck in cosmetic procedures ever". He said my legs look fantastic. I feel for the first time in years, confident to wear shorts and dresses again.....and did I mention none of the injections I have received in my legs have caused any pain during the procedure or after and the surgical tape wrapped around my injection sites can be removed before going to bed that night. There is NO downtime at all. So, if you want to have younger looking legs again, call Schulman Vein and Laser Center asap!

I am so happy with the results I received from NYC Leg Vein Treatment Center! I visited to address my very ugly leg veins. Dr. Schulman made me very comfortable by explaining the non-surgical injections he could use to treat my veins. I was very excited to have a non-surgical option because I did try surgery in the past and it was painful with a lengthy recovery (no swimming or baths for 6 weeks!) I had injections and walked out with zero down time. The next day I removed the bandage and in 2 weeks my leg looked vein free! .

Thank you Dr. Schulman!! After visiting another vein center and being quoted thousands of dollars and wanting to take out all superficial veins I am so happy I got this second opinion. I had a ad varicose vein in my left leg that was causing a lot of discomfort and pain. Dr. Schulman throughly examined my leg and for a second time even did the sonogram himself and opted for sclerotherapy. This was a non invasive procedure which he did in his office same day. I was a little sore after but after about 7 days I was pain free and no more ugly vein. Dr. Schulman even called to follow up and gave me his cell phone should I have any questions. His office team is also very courteous and professional. 5***** all around!

Dr Schulman and his entire staff are very caring and personable. I went to see Dr Schulman for Schlerotherapy on varicose as well as spider veins. I noticed results after the first treatment, I was able to drive myself home and it was painless! I am extremely pleased with the care and treatment from the entire staff at the Schulman Vein and Laser Center and cannot wait to show off my "new and improved" legs this summer!

Dr. Schulman is fantastic. He is a magician when it comes to treating veins! I went to another provider a year ago and was not satisfied with the results. After one visit to Schulman Vein and Laser Center, I was able to see results. The appointment took less than an hour with no down time post procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Schulman and his courteous staff. Plus the office is located on beautiful Park Avenue in Manhattan's Upper East Side.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at this office. It was easy to make an appointment and his staff will take the time to explain to you procedures and what to expect the following day. My appointments have always been taken on time. The doctor has a fantastic bedside manner and made me feel comfortable each visit. He definitely knows how to not only make your legs look great, but in a way that is not even painful. The bonus part for me is that I have stopped getting severe muscle cramps in my legs and feet since I started going for treatments. I recommend this office without hesitation.

Long Island Leg Vein Treatment Center is a wonderful practice. Dr. Schulman was caring, kind and walked me through the entire process with ease. From the moment I entered his office, the support staff was accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. I did not have to wait long at all for my appointment and his office was very clean and COVID friendly. My treatment did not hurt at all and I am already seeing differences from my before and after pictures. Dr. Schulman has helped build my confidence and I can't wait to see what my legs will look like when I am all done.
