First of all trying to contact an individual via phone is impossible. I had to fax my cancellation. It seemed like a factory, here’s your prescription see you in a week.

Dr. Delamora gave me back my quality of life. I had debilitating shoulder injuries and pain for over two decades, and went to see him to explore options. He performed arthroscopic shoulder surgery so skillfully that my shoulder is better than it was 30 years ago. He gave me a wonderful PT recommendation as well. Would recommend the practice and Dr. Delamora without hesitation.

After 3 months of shoulder pain, and once NYC started opening back up due to covid-19 I made an appointment with dr. Delamora. The first appointment with him was great, he was very professional and understanding of the pain I was going thru. After Xrays and an mri I was scheduled for rotator cuff surgeon within a week! He explains things very throughly, his bed side manner was amazing, and he even gave me his cell phone number where he stressed he could be reached 24/7. His whole staff as well as where he preforms his surgeries were nothing but caring and helpful. I highly recommend him!

We had 3 follow up visits with my dautgher after her fractured wrist was put in a cast by a different Dr in VT. Dr Sergai was recommended by our pediatrician. This were only outpatient out of network check up visits for which we paid cash or credit. The only complaint we have regards the people from the front desk and billing. While the visits with the Dr lasted 3-5 min we were billed for 15-25 min which we paid right away. Some of the people from front desk and billing are highly unprofessiona

Dr. Delamora repaired my torn labrum. It was a painless recovery that has led to a quick return to working out and boxing. Ive had quite a few surgeries and he is easily the best doctor I have ever spoken to, the fact that he isn't a 5 star rating is absurd. If you need any sort of surgery to the shoulder, don't bother speaking to anyone else. The minute you speak to him you will understand, he's the absolute best.

Dr. Delamora recently performed knee surgery on me. He was extremely profession and did an amazing job with the surgery. Dr. Delamora took his time in explaining everything regarding my surgery and rehab to me. He is also very accessible to answer any questions that I have. If I ever need an Orthopaedic Surgeon in the future, Dr. Delamora is the person I will be visiting. I wish all doctors were as good as Dr Delamora.
