Dr Kaicker and her team (Kirsten) are just absolutely incredible. They are true experts in pediatric hematology, particularly with regards to neutropenia. We’ve received the best care there for our child over the last year. The entire team is warm and caring and Dr Kaicker coordinates well with doctors across the Weill Cornell affiliation to come up with a strong plan or care. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience for my toddler with Dr. Kaicker, Dr. Wu and their med student, Michael. HUGE HUGE HUGE Shout out to Sylvia, the RN/phlebotomist who got my tough stick toddler in ONE POKE!!!!

My son was diagnosed with neutropenia and referred to a hematologist. One of the most stressful times of my life. Fortunately, during his visit I felt comforted by Dr. Kaicker’s expertise and her thorough assessment. She was understanding and informed me of the steps to follow pending his blood work results. She promptly called me to discuss results once obtained. I am very grateful for her compassionate approach and thoroughness.
