the WORST experience i’ve ever had truly, working with a doctor. the hoops one has to jump to talk to the front desk alone is ridiculous, you need to be routed through an offshore team in Indonesia or India first before speaking to someone at the front desk. I’m trying to get a prescription which shouldn’t be that insanely complicated but yet is for some reason .. the doctor was sporadic and odd and i didn’t feel like i got good medical advice and i waited an hour for my appt yesterday (without acknowledging the issue nor apologizing ) which is unacceptable

I’m very disappointed with my experience here. I made an appointment and even called ahead to double check that the doctor accepted my insurance. The person I spoke with confirmed that they did. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was told they actually don’t take my insurance. I took time off work and planned my whole day around this appointment, only to be turned away. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional — clear communication about insurance coverage should be a basic part of scheduling.

Can’t say enough good things about the doctors at SightMD Both Dr Elland and Dr Whigham were wonderful and staff too. I had an eye emergency and they got me in right away, were reassuring and put me on the path to recovery. Highly recommend.

Staff and specialists are great and well trained. Had a regular check up for my retina that revealed a small hole. Dr. Ellant made time to take care of it right then, only needed to wait for a brief moment to set up equipment. Appreciate all the folks at this location.
