dr elliant is very nice. that being said, I'm never going back again. 3x i waited for over 90 min (walked out on the second time), and the last visit he looked at a sty and walked out, and i never had an eye exam which is why i was there. I'm now traveling over an hour to see my old eye dr who left the city.

This was my first time visiting SightMD, and the experience was phenomenal. The staff and doctors were friendly. The office was clean and quiet. I also didn't feel like I waited too long to be seen by the doctor. Overall, my experience was pleasant and I really appreciated the level of service I received. 10/10 would recommend!

Nothing pisses me off more than a doctor that isn’t timely. terrible first impression - doctor was an hour late to the appointment and it’s just completely unacceptable; meanwhile they harp on the patient “15 min grace period” - the same should apply both ways. on top of it good luck getting through to anyone at the front desk, you are first routed to a call center abroad and nobody at front desk answers when they patch through

I was in the office today, I was running late for an appointment. 20 minutes to be exact, I do know that there's a 15 minute grace period. I asked the front dest assistant if there was anything else available today because I understand that I was late. He told me that there wasn't any more available slots. I left the office went on the patient portal and saw about 8 available slots. I booked an appointment at 1:15 pm for today all though I was told Dr Fury is fully booked. So if you are running late and you get to the office, just go directly on sight MD portal and book your own appointment for the same day that you are scheduled. A lil help goes a long way , because now I'm on yelp giving their staff a bad review!

Excellent service. Took Me in immediately as I was in the area. I wasn’t even a regular patient. I had a scratch in my eye and they gave me drops for it. Most importantly, she found what was wrong right away bc I was very concerned since I had something stuck in my other eye just a few months ago. Thankfully, this one wasn’t as serious. Highly n recommend this place!
