Hay mejores dermatologos en otras practicas en washington heights, el servicio al paciente es fatal aqui! I was attending this practice for a bit because I had a dermatological emergency and the location was convenient. Everything was great until the MD recommended I see the allergist that works in the same practice. The front desk staff member by the name of Pamela was VERY RUDE and CONDESCENDING. When I tried to set up an appointment with them she disregarded my request and ignored me with an attitude. Luckily, the doctor appeared and I was able to troubleshoot the matter then and there but I would highly suggest you find another place to address your skin care and especially allergy concerns. When you go to a doctor's office, you do not want to have to deal with someone's personal problems. You are dealing with sick people, have a little more empathy and respect to help others and accommodate them. Because of this interaction, I will not return to this practice. I don't want to have to feel like I'm interrupting your irrelevant conversation with another staff member when you should be doing your job! Good luck.

Wow! What an exceptional experience. Ive been searching for a dermatology office with experienced professional staff where I could trust the physicians with something as important as my skin. The staff was inviting and greeted me promptly with nothing but smiles and kindness. The medical staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable, answering all my concerns and made me feel at ease. They made everything extremely comforting and easy. Highly recommended.

What an outstanding office and staff. The care I have received here has been excellent. Wait times were not long and staff was friendly. The doctor and his team were professional, knowledgeable and caring. On several occasions, I have came in and seen both the NP & PA on staff and both have listened to my concerns & answered any questions I had. I did not feel rushed during my appointment which is a big deal and what I look for in a dermatology office. Thank you to the staff at skin first dermatology for taking good care of me.

I cannot say enough good things about this establishment; there are soooooo many medspas around today especially in NYC and half of them have no clue what they are doing. do yourself a favor, go to a pro. Artem was my injector and he was super knowledgeable. It makes me feel better knowing he actually studied dermatology AND has acute care experience. He is gentle, it was painless and the place is clean. great experience truly cant say enough good things; he is the only person coming near my face with a needle. 10 stars **********

The staff was friendly, the office was inviting, and the personalized attention was outstanding. Highly recommended!

Going to the place was a blessing. Originally came here for a wart removal but I had to come back for something my primary doctor misdiagnosed. The staff there was able to help me efficiently and quickly. My favorite part about this office is their honesty. They aren’t just trying to send you medicine and discharge you. They are blunt! Love this spot
