Skin spa is a great place if you want a good service at a decent price. I’ve seen several of the staff members and they were all very nice. They all answered my questions and suggested treatments that would address my concerns. No one was overly pushy or trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. The products I did purchase that were recommended to me are actually simple to use and are helping my skin. Overall pleasant experience every time. I go to the flatiron location.

I am on my third session of Morpheus 8 with Marianna and my skin looks amazing. I am extremely happy with my results. Marianna is so knowledgeable and walks you through the whole process from start to finish. She listens to my concerns and recommends procedures that work best for my skin type. I highly recommend.

I met Marianna completely by chance at Sephora while chatting about products and ingredients, and within minutes I could tell how knowledgeable and passionate she is. I actually worked in the beauty industry for five years, and even with that background, I learned so much from her. Her depth of knowledge truly sets her apart. With the services that I’ve had with her, every experience has been exceptional from start to finish. Whether it’s facials, waxing, or skincare guidance, she is thorough, gentle, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented. You can tell she genuinely cares about both results and the client experience. Marianna is also warm, charismatic, and makes you feel completely comfortable and confident in her hands. If you’re looking for someone highly skilled, trustworthy, and truly passionate about what she does, I can’t recommend Marianna enough.

I love Skin Spa. I usually get Laser genesis and peels with Marianna. She is so knowledgeable, attentive and knows exactly what my sensitive skin needs. Highly recommend booking your next appointment with her. She’s the best!

Olga is the best! I’ve been to her for five sessions of laser hair removal, and she always makes sure I’m super comfortable - We’re usually chatting and laughing through the appointment. Aside from her lovely bedside manner, she’s very efficient at what she does. I had great results after just three sessions, and now I only come in annually for very small touch ups. If you’re nervous to try laser, I would definitely recommend booking with Olga.

I have been receiving services from Skin Spa for more than 8 years now. Let me just say Marianna is amazing. I highly recommend her to anyone receiving services at this location or any location she works in, she is experienced, knowledgeable and patient. I have never had any issues receiving services from her she does my facials every four weeks. Anyone considering visiting this location book with Marianna she is a doll.

I had an amazing Hydrafacial on sunday with Marianna! Ive had them in the past but this was by far the best ive ever had. She was very knowledgeable and helped me come up with a new skincare routine since I’ve been struggling with my skin as of recently. Will definitely be back soon! Ask for Marianna, shes the best!

Absolutely recommend this place highly. Especially the esthetician who worked on me. It was my first time there and Marianna was so kind and friendly and knowledgeable. She led me through the whole service ( bc i definitely asked way too many questions lol) but she was so patient and professional. My skin looked AMAZINGGGGG when i left and even better as the week went on. I finally looked like I had some life in me. I owe my glow to her. 10/10!

I had one of the worst hydrofacials I’ve ever experienced at Skin Spa New York, specifically with Mariana (not even sure if she’s actually an aesthetician). The “hydrofacial” lasted maybe 6–7 minutes of actual contact on my skin — she barely used the wand before putting me under an LED mask and saying she’d leave me to “relax” for 15 minutes. Two minutes in, the LED machine shut off, and Mariana was nowhere to be found — I literally had to call the front desk from the treatment room because I couldn’t locate the person performing my service. The front desk finally ushers her back to my room and then she tried to turn it on again and it's not working. I say "it's fine" ready to skip this gimmecky step, and she says, "okay you are all done! You didn't need much you have good skin." I was stunned...Mariana, that's not how hydrofacials work. I received not even 10 minutes of half effort treatment. I’ve had many HydraFacials at other offices (including other Skin Spa locations), and this was rushed, careless, and honestly I felt taken advantage of. Why offer services if you don't do them properly, why are you okay with scamming your customers. That was not a 200$ service and I'm offended they think was okay.
