I paid for 6 sessions of laser genesis they only gave me 5. I missed one appointment and they said i only had 1 left when I really had two. Then i made an appointment for a facial cleaning which i missed because my mother had a medical emergency. The lazer genesis had absolutely no change to my face my skin looks exactly the same after 5 sessions . They sent me a bill in the mail for the appointment i missed for $70 more than half the cost of the facial saying that i have to pay or else they send the bill to a collection agency.

Marianna was so great! I went in for a signature facial but really needed guidance on what to do with my skin and we decided to switch to a different service- which I was so happy about! My skin is sooo glowy and even I’m really happy with the results

This business does not appear legitimate to me and I would not recommend anyone doing business with them. What kind of a business, on which planet does not refund for 7 months for the services they cannot provide? I purchased a service in August for $800 on their site, only to be told that they no longer provide it. I asked a refund back in October. It's been 5 months now and someone in " corporate" still has not figured out how I should be refunded. Again, this is a refund for the service they no longer provide. If a business does not refund a customer within max of 2 months, then that is a highly questionable business.

As another person mention the man who works here is unprofessional and in my opinion shady. He tried to claim I didn’t any services left on the package to charge me - he is not a good actor. When I called the manager of another location he quickly said he can find it. All in all, this is joy the best Skin spa location and I won’t be going back.

I think underwhelming best describes my experience at this location. It was my first experience at Skin Spa and I honestly came because I had a comp. The environment felt so cold and dark, not in a relaxing way. The tech was ok, but I felt like I could have given myself the facial, who does a facial in the dark? And both the check in and check out people were loud and it felt slightly obnoxious. I will not be back, como or no comp. An extra start because the service bed was comfy

I finished up a 6-pack of underarm laser hair removal in June and am incredibly disappointed by the results. My friend with much thicker hair than I have, said she was able to complete her armpit area in 3 sessions with a different company. While she is absolutely lovely, I had told Marjeta that I didn’t really see a difference after my 2nd or 3rd sessions and needed her to increase the intensity. Given I’ve never had laser hair removal before, I don’t know anything about how it should feel, but I do know it can be painful in sensitive areas which I told her is fine - I have a high pain tolerance. Ultimately, I don’t know if she was using lower intensities or the machines they use are low quality but A LOT of my hair is still there (photos attached). In the first photo, I waxed twice since June so the hair is finer, but you can tell there’s still a lot there. In the 2nd photo, I waxed once and shaved once and you can really see how much hair is left. I also reached out to them to express my frustration over a month ago and they never responded. If you’re looking into laser hair removal, go somewhere else! ** As you can see the “owner” responded that they were going to follow up with me, yet I never received a follow up.

Came here expecting a good experience based on reviews and prior history, however during a customized facial, extractions were very painful and even after mentioning it, continued to allow the professional to do their job. However, afterwards, ended up with multiple scarring over nose and forehead and I was extremely dissatisfied. After the weekend, I called them to explain the situation and if there was any refund policy or how to proceed. The lady who answered was immediate to say that I’d need to come in for a separate consultation and then whatever procedure they recommended, to come in for a fix. Naturally I was wary of going back, and multiple times due to my schedule and she told me to email pictures/my experience to them. I did so and haven’t heard anything back, and she had no interest in helping me, ensuring me that they’re “no refund” policy would be final and corporate wouldn’t get back to me. At the very least, I’d expect to be able to come in, have the consultation and be offered whatever service that same day. Regardless, mainly due to the lack of care afterwards when a customer has a bad experience, will not recommend this place/brand to anyone. As a physician myself, it’s frustrating to hear someone explain to you in a patronizing way what to expect, especially when it comes to damage to your facial skin.

I have been coming here for years for 2 specific people. Blake and Greta are wonderful with their customer service. Blake, at the front goes over and beyond to help with scheduling and packages and is so friendly and warm. Greta does a phenomenal job with making you look your best! Love them both and highly recommend to people, always!
