Just left without treatment because it was 20 mins of waiting after my appointment time. For a simple Botox appointment this is too much of a chunk of my day. Not a soul in sight either

I traveled all the way from Maryland to go to this spa because it was highly recommended. I was not disappointed. Elena was amazing. She talked me through everything and made me feel comfortable. I will be back for sure.

I had an AMAZING hydrafacial with Mattia - it was super relaxing and I was shocked when he showed me what was extracted at the end! He was so wonderful at explaining each step of the process and consistently checking in to ensure I was comfortable. I had heard about it from another staff member named Gigi, who was incredibly welcoming when I arrived for my appointment. I was very impressed by the space, it’s beautiful and the experience was very high end. I’m obsessed with how much my skin is glowing!!

I always appreciate the professionalism of the technicians at skinnymed spa, but I especially appreciated my service today. Leonela is so genuine and sweet. She listened to my whining and addressed my needs above and beyond. Best experience so far!

I have been to this location twice and I must say Mina is the absolute best. She has a great bedside manner - explained everything thoroughly and kept checking if I was comfortable and feeling any pain (softwave). I will definitely be back.
