A competent and caring doctor As a post-menopausal woman in her late fifties, it was encouraging to find a doctor who listens to my concerns and description of symptoms. I have been complaining about fatigue and weight gain to several medical professionals and all of them dismissed my concerns by attributing the symptoms to just post-menopausal. Dr. Chaudhry was through in her examination of me and the tests that she ordered. She took time to not only listen, but explain to me the next steps and options available. I would highly recommend her.

She might have a good bedside manner but refused to adequately deal with my menopausal symptoms. Told her the dermal MHT was not working, still had debilitating symptoms, after 4 years of seeing her for subpar treatment, I found another doctor who looked at the huge drop in my estrogen levels and prescribed oral estrogen which was life-changing. I am so angry that I put my trust in her for 4 years, wasted those years of my life. Do not go to this doctor if you are searching for someone to help with menopause symptoms. Don't know why NYULangone doctors in general are so unilaterally against prescribing oral estrogen for menopause when everything else fails. The study saying oral estrogen is dangerous has already been debunked for 20 years. Women, please find better care anywhere else except NYULangone. No one should suffer with severe physical and psychological symptoms of menopause because they go to doctors who refuse to help you. Speak up about what you need and if your needs are dismissed or minimized (I had a gynecologist at NYUlangone who told me to turn on music in my livingroom and dance for my menopause fatigue, brain fog and low mood, she is accredited as a menopause 'specialist'), speak up and find another doctor immediately. You deserve the right care, you deserve not to suffer! Lost five+ years of my life with these doctors who refused to give me the proper level of MHT.

Exceptional provider. She answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. Dr. Chaudhry explained everything very thorough. Her compassion is amazing.

Dr. Chaudhry is a wonderful doctor, extremely competent, patient, kind and professional. She takes time to explain issues and discuss alternatives. The new office is beautiful. Hopefully it will remain like that.

I was referred to Dr. Chaudury when my endocrinologist retired, ...what a find, her staff was welcoming and helpful. Dr. Chaudury is punctual, knowledgeable, great personality, beautiful smile, and soft gentle touch. I am so happy she is my doctor.

Dr. Chaudhry is amazing!! Quick wait times - nice staff - great location - and the doctor takes the time to really understand all aspects of your health (which is so important for an endocrinologist). Reports results VERY quickly with proper guidance. Recommend without reservation for any hypothyroid folks out there.
