I’m beyond grateful to Spring for all they have done for me 🩷 I dealt with Dr. Hancock, and Nurse Kris (love them) for my daughter Josephina who is now 17 months and thriving. I just used Spring for the 2nd time and I was incredibly blessed again to have another successful transfer with Dr. Hancock, Nurse Runa has also been so great. Everyone there is so patient and kind during this process, which isn’t easy but so worth it. I’m eternally grateful to my care team and highly recommend them!!!!

This review is long overdue, first I would like to start off by saying spring fertility is literally the best clinic I’ve been to and I did try another clinic before, before coming to spring I felt defeated with my previous experience with the other clinic I was attending.I remember when I first scheduled my appointment I told my husband I don’t know what to expect or if they’ll be able to help us, but nevertheless I still made my appointment and went to my very first appointment I met with Dr klatsky and after our initial consultation I felt so much at ease. I called my husband and told him I found the right doctor. Dr klatsky and his entire team were extremely supportive and very helpful throughout this process, they responded back to every question and picked up every call. So to the entire staff at spring fertility I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart, the front desk staff, the nurses, thank you. My beautiful baby boy is growing so strong and healthy.

Thank you for reading our review. At this point, we are a success story. If we were not a success story, we would write the exact same review. That is an honest and powerful statement. We just can’t articulate appropriately the exceptional level that everyone at Spring operates. Somehow Spring Fertility is able to turn a very stressful and intimidating process into something warming, nurturing, and dare I say “womblike”. From the Dr.'s, to PA's, to nurses, to lab technicians, to the finance department, to front desk team-members – every single person we interacted with were capable, kind, professional, and remarkable. Danielle, Julia, Jaylia, Maurie, Saira, Erin, Kyana, and Lucia are just a few of the spectacular team-members that supported us. We left every appointment feeling confident and great that we were in the right place. Spring Fertility’s authentic commitment and passion to performing meaningful work is inspirational on a personal level, and they are moving an important industry in an immensely positive direction. We have had experiences with multiple Fertility clinics, and hands down, Spring Fertility stood out by every metric. In short, in our humble opinion, do not hesitate to be treated at Spring Fertility – successful or not you will have peace of mind that you were treated by the best.

Dr.klatsky is the best fertility doctor. His team is very professional and responsive.

I had the best experience at Spring Fertility - highly recommend Dr Hancock and the team! Dr Hancock explained all the steps so thoroughly and really does care for you. The team are so kind and so quick to respond to any and all questions you have via their super handy app. Will definitely be back when it’s time for baby number 2!

As a donor, my heart overflows with gratitude for Spring! The staff’s gentle kindness wrapped around me like a hug, turning nerves into comfort. Dr. Klatsy and the kindest PA Maurie spoke with such care, making me feel truly seen and valued. I highly recommend!

Spring is a well-oiled machine. I was a patient from Canada in 2024. Spring helped to coordinate the logistics around remote monitoring so I was able to stay in Canada until close to the actual retrieval / implantation procedure. It took 3 FETs but I now have a baby boy.

I highly recommend Spring Fertility team and Dr. Catha Fischer in particular, especially as someone who came into the process with a lot of anxiety about this journey and a long-standing fear of needles. The entire team including Dr. Fisher, PAs, nurses, anesthesiologist, and the front desk and back office showed up with warmth and promptness at every turn. Dr. Fischer and the team consistently made the time to answer all our questions quickly and walk us through our options with clear rationale and trade-offs with each recommendation, which enabled us to make informed choices based on our circumstances and risk tolerance. I will note that getting my blood drawn on a regular basis turned out to be a smooth, painless process with this team, which I can confidently say is not a guarantee at other medical settings in the city! For us, the outcomes at Spring Fertility were what we had hoped and planned and in line with the realistic expectations that Dr. Fischer helped set from the beginning. I would work with Dr. Fischer and her team again!

Dr. Fischer is amazing! I am so grateful that we found Spring. When my husband and I started this process, we were defeated. Dr. Fischer and team really turned our spirits around. When it was time to graduate the clinic, my husband asked if we could just stay at Spring through the whole pregnancy! We didn’t want to leave. Thank you to the whole team!

I cannot recommend Spring Fertility and Dr. Hancock highly enough. They far exceeded my expectations in every way. From the very beginning, I felt supported and cared for, with hands-on guidance through every step of the process. No question was ever too small, and the messaging through the Salve app made communication easy and stress-free. Dr. Hancock is truly dedicated, compassionate, and reassuring. What set my experience apart is that she personally handled all of my check-in appointments, which made me feel genuinely cared for and gave me confidence that my protocol was tailored with the highest level of attention. The clinic itself is modern, spacious, and extremely well run. I appreciated being able to schedule morning appointments before work, and the location is very convenient. The nurses were also wonderfully gentle during blood draws, making each visit as quick and comfortable as possible. Initially the idea of egg/embryo freezing had felt overwhelming, but now I feel empowered. After completing two rounds, I not only feel more in control of my fertility journey, but I also have a much deeper understanding of my own body. I truly wish I could continue with Dr. Hancock and Spring Fertility for all of my gynecology and OB/GYN care. This has been an exceptional experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend Spring Fertility to anyone considering this journey.
