Dr. Chang in 3 minutes Looked at my wrinkle eye & said I already had an operation in that eye 3 Retina Specialist wanted to operate on my eye, i went to Dr Chang for a second opinion It's a good thing i did & now i remember the Retina Specialist who did perform the operation & unfortunately he did not do it right & it can only be done once, that is why you need an outstanding Doctor like Dr. Chang Thank God for him. Dr. Chang has paid close attention to changes in my vision and advised me on necessary steps including but not limited to OTC vitamins and cataract surgery. I have followed his advice with excellent results.

Respectful, reliably brilliant. I appreciate his quiet, calm state when he enters the room, regardless of whatever is going on outside the exam room. The way he speaks to colleagues, assistants, fellows, etc. is consistent & impressive. Other opthamologists ooh & ahh when they hear I am his patient! I owe Dr. Chang the little sight I have remaining.

He operated on both my left and right retinas for macular holes. He truly saved my vision. I had had surgery three times in nj and none were successful. Dr. Chang is the best!

None better....! Second opinions are so important and I picked the right one. Initial ophthalmologist diagnosed macular degeneration and I lived with the worried that I would eventually go blind dr. Chang discovered that I have a macular Pucker which is entirely treatable if it begins to get in the way of my everyday routine also I have a very minor cataract which doctor number one recommended I have done but according to dr. Chang it is so minimal I do not need to bother. Additionally dr. Chang not only could so complete information and takes his time and explaining things but he has a wonderful bedside manner. Dr. Chang is the best of the best. Also his entire staff is completely wonderful and I was very surprised with the number of people in the waiting room how very quickly I got in to see him especially considering I was 15 minutes late this is a top-notch operation from start to finish

Beyond excellent! Dr. Chang is a thorough professional who answers all questions and explains everything in terms you can understand. He is encouraging, warm and communicates well. Dr. Chang was helpful in finding another surgeon for emergency surgery when he was not available.
