The best. Excellent on all fronts. A decent human being. I have faith in his medical decisions and suggestions. He is caring, thorough, thoughtful and very likable. I never feel that he's rushing through my appointments. As to all of the negative comments, I must wonder if those people are referring to a different Dr. Richardson.

Fired me as a patient!? i was 30 years of age in the prime of my life when I was I was diagnosed with type 1. My late uncle was under his care so I figure let me go to him as well.....for 2 years straight everytime I visited him he offered no help or guidance and kept reminding me 'that I will end up like my uncle' ...not only did this result in EXTREME diabetic burnout resulting in having to take anti depressants but the guy really Fired me saying 'theres nothing I can do for you' left me to hanging to dry with a 13 A1C straight ready to die.....sure enough landed in the hospital near deaths door until I found Dr. Jacob Roshney at NYU who literally took me by the hand and helped me take my life back. I am now 35 years old and have an A1C of 6.8 I am one of her biggest success story.I think Dr. Richardson is a bit dated and needs to retire....he's out of touch with his patients and cares only about his collected accolades now. I really do hope he reads this and takes notes (doubt it tho).

I should do my research first before visiting the Dr. He shows no interested in patient at all. I left couple of messages to him and never bother to call back. The worst experience was the blood draw. The phlebotomist/his assistant, Palmela, who draw my blood and get me the mostly painful and biggest bruises that I ever had. I wrote to the Dr. about the blood draw. His didn’t even bother response the email too, but his assistant did it for him. She sounds like it, it is my fault that I got the bruise. This is not a place to visit it. It is a HELL place, if you like to get beat up with your veins.I will never ever go back again!

I felt like he listened well and was very professional. It takes forever to get appointments sometimes so book early. He also communicates pretty quickly with his patients via the app.

Was my father's Dr. for over 30 years, when my dad got sick Dr. was nowhere to be found. My mom left a couple of messages for him couldnt be bothered to call back. Only ever tried to contact my father after he got a new Dr. Doesn't appear to care about his patients.

I've been a patient of Dr. Richardson's for years, and only have the highest praise for him. He is personable, professional, helpful, informative, with a wry sense of humor. I've recommended Dr. Richardson to a very good friend of mine who agrees with my comments. I simply do not understand the negative reviews; my experience is entirely the opposite.

Dr. Stephen has a broad horizon of knowledge. He knows well how to treat a case according to patient's specific health conditions, with which I am deeply impressed.

This was my first visit. Having been recently diagnosed with diabetes, I left the previous (unsatisfactory) endocrinologist after two visits and could not be happier with the change. Diabetes is stressful enough on its own, you do not need additional aggravation caused by an incompetent/ uncaring doctor. This doctor works with you, does not just tell you what to do, what medications to take etc., but listens and welcomes your comments and concerns. Patient, answers all your questions, knowledgeable and pleasant, makes you at ease. I feel I am in good hands.

I found Dr. Richardson to be intelligent, thorough and observant. Everything I want from a specialist. What some people call poor bedside manner is probably a cultural issue as Dr. Richardson is both British and reserved. I was referred to him by my primary who has only referred me to the best for the last 35 years.

Doctor has an extremely poor bedside manner. I went to him once, and that was more than enough.
