My wife was a patient of Dr. Krishnareddy. She has had a gastrointestinal issue and had a prescription. She informed the practice that she needed a refill of her prescription on November 15th. It is now Thanksgiving, the prescription has not been filled, and she is in agony. She reached out to the practice several times and only got a response once. Apparently, this medication requires a pre-authorization from the doctor. This process has not begun though. On the phone, the receptionist said they only got one call from her. My wife however had called multiple times and reached out on the portal several times as well. The receptionist said she can’t see the messages in the health portal. There is major disorganization at this practice and it has led to severe physical pain and the deterioration of my wife’s well-being. I’m not sure if they’ve started the pre-authorization process even now. My wife had spent Thanksgiving in serious pain. We’ve looked up the medication and if you stop suddenly, you can experience horrific stomach pains for up to two weeks. This doctor seems like she’s knowledgeable but unfortunately, the lack of urgency - or even a reasonable response time - has led to her to break a very simple oath; do no harm. I will be recommending to all not to see this doctor.

I was scheduled for an upper endoscopy with this Doctor. I went and had COVID testing, prepped. Called the office a day before to confirm. Arrived the day of my endoscopy and was informed that I wasn't in the schedule. Called the office again to get more information. Turns out they never put me in the schedule and the doctor was on leave. Truly unprofessional and worst experience ever. This doctor also never calls back or respond to My chart inquires.
