Dr. Susan Fromer is an amazing doctor. Was the first eye doctor to do such a through eye examination. It leaves you with the feeling that she is checking for everything. Staff in the office is very efficient and friendly.

Dr. Frommer is always very professional. She explains her diagnosis in a way that’s understandable. If I need to question her she always answers and doesn’t rush you out.

Dr. Fromer's practice is overbooked which is a shame as she is great doctor. Highly knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. Office personnel and infrastructure of Manhattan office is lacking. Despite these shortfalls, I've returned to her practice for 10+ years because of her core competency and advice.

Dr. Fromer was very kind and professional. Before I could ask questions about my eye care, so had already answered as if she was a mind reader. She was very thorough and explained everything I needed to know.

Dr. Susan Fromer's Office is amazing. I recently had cataract surgery and the surgical nursing staff was extremely caring, attentive and awesome. I am what they call "hard stick" and any survivors of breast cancer overstand what this means. It's not easy finding a vein for IV's insertions 😞 it can be painful, but the team together found it. I don't remember names of Dr. Fromer surgical staff but BIG ❤️ SHOUT OUT! Thanks from the bottom of my heart for caring especially in the times we live presently. Don't be mislead by the negative reviews sometimes impatient people feels entitled. Whenever you visit a "Specialist" you MUST have patience. Patience is virtue and I live by it. I am a cancer survivor and it has paid off because of it. I apprecilove Dr. Susan Fromer for loving her job and deeply caring about each and everyone of her patients. Julie Dinkins
