I came 30 minutes early and was there for 3.5 hours for an annual check up and be examined for 10 minutes. It's not the first time. It's happened before the pandemic as well.

The office was easy to find. The wait wasn't too long. Even though it was a busy day, Dr. Fromer and the staff were professional, patient and efficient.

I was concerned initially because there were no seats in the waiting room and I can not stand for long. But they did something I did not expect. One of the receptionist came out and asked people had they been seen and started processing people through fairly quickly. Also each Dr. I saw were genuinely caring and. Ensured I new what was been done step by step.
