Dr Fong was very easy to talk to and spent lots of time with me going over my questions and specific situation. She was approachable and gave easy, actionable suggestions.

I was recommended by my regular OB (Dr. Nagy, who is also fantastic!) to Dr. Fong when I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. I had read some horror stories of doctors shaming a patient or otherwise making her feel bad, like it's her fault, etc. for having GD, but at no point did Dr. Fong make me feel this way. Instead, she explained the condition to my husband and me and answered our questions patiently. She ended up recommending me for insulin and when I had problems with getting the prescriptions filled by my pharmacy before things shut down/slowed for the weekend, Dr. Fong went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed as soon as possible. This included multiple back and forths from me, the pharmacy, to Dr. Fong, and she resolved an issue over the weekend (when she was not on call AND on her son's birthday no less) for me with the pharmacy. I was a wreck since the diagnosis, and Dr. Fong calmed my nerves and made sure that I would get the treatment I need

The wait time was longer than the actual time it took to meet with doctor Fong. She thoroughly explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable

We went to scan our baby 3 times with this Dr. Fong. She never see my wife. Just her assistance did the job. When asked, assistance said Dr. is Busy. When we receive the bill, we got 6 bills 3 for scanning and another 3 for Dr. Fong. Why would anyone has to pay for the fee that she didn't come and perform. she is just a lier. When Health insurance decline the bill, they keep billing for another 6 months until Health Insurance pay for the bill. Very annoying money thirsty blood sucker. Also the Front Desk staff (a Korean woman) is also very rude.

I will never go back and see Dr. Fong ever again, after I was with the ultrasound tech for about 30mins, then Dr.Fong went the ultrasounds and met with me, she didn't even introduce herself then she went ahead and run an ultrasound on my stomach for 5min then she started said, your baby will be DS based on the nosal is small, and she said "I'll bet 50/50". what kinds of Dr. put your patient's baby on the bet? I asked so what is the nosal of a normal look likes, does it ever look small too, and she said yes, so I wonder why she come to the conclusions so quick? overall, I don't think she is a knowledgeable Doc.
