Excellent Doctor! Ive been a patient of Dr. Cole at Weill Cornell primary Care. She is very knowledgeable, took her time to examine me and to explain my condition, listened to my concerns and even followed up with me after my visit. I feel fortunate to be under her care.

I feel very fortunate to be under Dr. Cole’s care. She is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, caring and followed up with me promptly. I’ve been a patient of hers at Weill Cornell Primary Care . I’ve been feeling quite sick and she took care of me with the promptness that the illness called for. She is one of a kind Doctor.

I had my first preventive visit with Dr. Cole and we discussed the results of my previous bloodwork from my past years preventive visit. I received a bill from the, saying she marked we discussed additional concerns and problems which did not happen during our visit. I am so disappointed in her and this practice. This is not quality health care and lying about additional services rendered during a covered preventive visit is bad practice. I will be riding a new doctor.

Avoid this Doctor, She is unpleasant and uncaring. Days will pass before she answers patients phone calls or portal messages because she is frequently not in the office. This practice lost several excellent docs when Prohealth was acquired by Optumcare. The practice and Prohealth are now horrid. Patients are leaving this practice because it ain't what it used to be

Avoid D Cole, she is a unresponsive and seemly an uncaring doctor.

My visits with Dr. Cole have been focused and helpful. She listens carefully, and I have confidence in her care. Thank you, Dr. Cole.

Getting into the office to check on an issue is impossible. I believe they are now a long-term appointment office meaning they will see you for your annual physical and health maintenance sessions but have no desire to see you if you are in need of immediate, today or tomorrow, assistance. As someone else posted, Dr. Rothenberg was so much better at managing the clients/patients.

Tried to make an appointment for an urgent issue, but the office is booked full this week. No one is available to provide care for us.... Referred us to a local walk-in clinic which is not the best option....

Nightmare getting scripts refilled.

I had a critical back issue and it took them almost a week to return my calls despite me calling daily. I also had to wait more than three weeks for them to refill other medications. This office doesn’t return calls which is criminal because as a patient I rely on them to help with my medications
