List of Symbio Physio - Physical Therapy's Reviews
I have been going to SymbioPT for many months now and can say with certainty I'll never go to another gym. My physical therapist, Anthony, is fantastic at what he does; he was able to transform the way I think and feel about myself. He is incredibly knowledgeable, inspiring, and patient, and motivates me multiple times a week to come to the gym and push my body to limits I didn't believe it was capable of reaching. Even after just a few months, I've noticed massive changes in both my body and mind. Physically, I'm more active, functional, and stronger than I've ever been. Mentally, I'm sharper, happier, and, above all, more confident in the way I look and feel. When I step in front of the mirror, I now see the woman I always aspired to be -- self-assured, powerful, and comfortable in my own skin. Anthony has shown me the benefits of discipline and regular exercise. His full-body routines are taxing, but the results are beyond worth it. I thank Anthony and SymbioPT for their awesome services!!!
Symbio is a dancers saving grace!Typically dancers have PT as a band-aid to “fix” the problem and keep it pushing, but symbio gives us the opportunity to work with their incredible staff to really build our bodies into peak shape and CORRECTLY (honestly probably the first time in my life!)Just had my session with Adrian and am walking away with so much knowledge and feeling so cared for and supported!! Thanks so much Symbio ❤️!
The environment is great! The staff and Doctors are friendly and really listen to you! The sessions are great and they do not ask you to come back if its not necessary.
Chad Woodard at Symbio Physiotherapy has been a personal trainer to me since mid-January 2016. I was a skinny, 68 year-old, gym-naïve man and under his guidance and watchful eye I have gained muscle, strength, and endurance that have greatly enhanced my recreational running and my health and fitness in general.Side benefit of engaging a physical therapist as a trainer: you get some PT attention when needed for your problem areas.Symbio PT just moved into a fabulous new space that includes a fully-outfitted gym. I've interacted with most of the staff at Symbio and they're all great. Highly recommended for both physiotherapy and strength training!Update, 4/2021. I am so glad that Symbio is back with some familiar and some new faces that are once again helping me cope with the challenges of growing old and staying active and strong. I'd see a physiotherapist in a New York minute before I'd pop a pill for life's aches and pains and the rare running injury. I say "rare" because being treated at Symbio and following their advice has kept the injury demon at bay.
4 years ago, I injured my back L5-S1, went for 3 physical therapists and nothing has been done, I almost gave up, a complete waste of time.I was so happy to meet Symbio team.As a person who loves to work out and lift weights, my injury limited my range of motion. I was already tight and not flexible so that injury didn't help the situation. After one session the results did not were late to come.I literally could touch my toes! not sure if I'm able to say it's a miracle or not. :)Thank you Chad and the team.
I have been an athlete all my life and exists in a constant state of mind over muscle with my body. Chad I identified the source of my back discomfort and literally helped me breathe again by addressing it! They work to identify and treat the source of the issue rather than just treat the symptom. This has given me long lasting relief instead of a short term relief.
Anyone who is looking for a physical therapy, this is the place to go to! Michael is one of the amazing, friendly, helpful, best customer service rep will help set you up with an amazing medical staff Dr. Anthony Barnes. Doctor showed me good tips on how to get my upper body stronger, pain free, and to avoid any injuries. Definitely coming back!
I run frequently, but often had trouble with my knees (pain and soreness whenever I ran long distance) until I finally booked an appointment and began seeing Chad at Symbio. He took the time to understand my situation, and was able to figure out the root cause of the pain. After a few session with Chad, I began to see significant improvements with my knee pain.I would highly recommend Chad at Symbio. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and a great guy.
I've been seeing Chad for shoulder and neck pain/limited range of motion, and I am amazed at the difference I've seen. Chad is so gentle and thoughtful. He treats the entire person--he asked me questions not just about my pain but about how I'm feeling in general and about my physical goals. And he helped make me feel safe enough to answer them honestly. As a trans nonbinary person, that feeling of safety is a big deal to receive from a physical care provider. I feel very lucky to be treated in this safe space.
From start to finish this experience was excellent. Dr. Barnes was pleasant , thorough, patient, highly skilled and most importantly I felt heard. The office space is also conveniently located and a beautiful space. If you want to know you will get your issues addressed in the best way possible then check them out. I know this may sound too over the top but I really felt taken care of in every way.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
