I have been working with Dr. Nakano for years. We are so lucky to have a sports medicine professional of his caliber in NYC. I can not recommend his practice highly enough!
Hiro is the best there is. Highly, highly recommend. He’s fixed every nagging pain and injury I’ve had for the past 10+ years now. I’ve competed at a high level in running (marathon 2h32m; half marathon 1h12m) and triathlon (sub-9; Kona multiple times) and have remained healthy and able to compete in large part due to Hiro. He’s the best! I live in LA now and still see him when I get back to NYC.
Dr. Nakano helped my son to go back swimming after he injured his shoulders and thigh. His approach to find what was the root cause of the injury helped his to understand not just to fix his problem but for him to advance as a swimmer. He was able to achieve personal best time.
一時的な改善ではなく、将来に渡って健康に過ごせる様にする為の施術とエクササイズを教えて頂けます。
Have been holding off to write a review in order to observe the long term results of my visits to Dr. Hiro. After seeing him for several times, he helped diagnose my knee problems through a combination of xray, posture, balance and other factors. His approach is simple but effective, heal yourself! He gave me homework each visit and refined the exercises as we progressed. The results are incredible, from running to cycling and everyday walking, going up stairs, no more pain! But keep in mind you must do your homework or the results will lost. Highly recommend!
Dr. Nakano is an excellent practitioner. He approached my back and hip issues with a holistic approach, combining a chiropractic approach and exercises. After my second visit I am able to walk without any issues and feel like a new person.
At 45, I suffered from a herniated disc and could no longer walk. However, Dr. Nakano took excellent care of my back and provided me with appropriate walking techniques and training methods for rehabilitation. Thanks to him, I can walk properly again, and I am very grateful. I highly recommend him to anyone suffering from back issues.
By far he is the best I have had. He just use his own hand only to treat and make the magic happen!
Highly recommend to see Dr. Nakano if you are feeling pain by sitting for a long time to work. I had an acute neck pain a month ago when I was really busy and have had a back pain due to spondylolysis for a long time. Dr. Nakano listened to me carefully, and he was spot on for what has been causing a problem. I’m lazy and hate to exercise, but he is practical and taught me what I can do at home. My pain has been reduced, and I feel a difference when I sit and work! I will definitely see him more to improve my condition and hopefully have no neck and back pain in the near future.
Seven years ago, after undergoing major surgery, I was bedridden for about three months. As a result, my hip deteriorated, and walking was difficult. However, I was completely cured after receiving treatment from Dr. Nakano. This was a great surprise. Now, Dr. Nakano's treatment has become a valuable lifeline for me.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
