I had such a great experience; from the first time I met Dr. Raviv straight through my surgery and follow up appointment. I had Cataract surgery and it went exactly as he told me it would. There were no surprises, which I appreciated. It was a painless and quick procedure. Before I had the surgery it was like I was looking through a screen door and by the time I walked out of the surgery, I was seeing clearly-like looking through a plate glass clean window. Bedside manner is great, too. Very clean clean office and friendly staff. I highly recommend Dr. Raviv.

Welcoming professional team whose extensive experience provided confidence and excellent results

Dr. Raviv is easy to talk with. In our initial interview, there were a few times when we both started to talk at the same time. Every time, he stopped and let me talk. He is a good listener. I am convinced that this resulted in me getting the right lenses. I wanted only basic lenses. He asked why. I said that I had prescription motorcycle goggles that didn’t correct for astigmatism and that they worked fine. He said that the cataracts were keeping me from seeing the effect of the astigmatism. When the cataracts were gone my astigmatism would be apparent. He said that I would be happier with astigmatism-correcting lenses. He was right. The new lenses are wonderful. My hobby is street photography. I used to walk around without glasses to be able to see through the camera’s viewfinder. As a result, I was taking pictures without seeing what I was doing. I had to wait until I got home and look at prints. Not any more. I see so much better. I can see the bus number a block away. I can see the details in peoples’ faces on the other side of the bus. Gone is the grey world of cataracts. I am immersed in color. I love my new eyes. Dr. Raviv has done right by me.

The best possible service and, most importantly, final results! After 52 years of wearing glasses/contacts since age 12, I can now see perfectly for long, medium and reading distances!!!!! Dr. Raviv is very responsible in going through explanations as necessary and his team is very kind and professional. Never had to wait for more than 5 minutes at the office. Overall, impeccable!
