I can t say enough about Aristocrat Plastic Surgery. From the moment you walk into this beautiful facility you feel special. The staff was so welcoming and friendly and Dr. Tehrani is an expert in his field explaining every step of the way. I wouldn t go anywhere else for my Botox.

Dr. Tehrani is hands down one of the best doctors in NYC and him and his team/staff are all AMAZING!! Can't say enough how happy I am with my results and would recommend me hands down for all your cosmetic procedures!

I don t even know where to start with how amazing my experience was with Dr. Kashan. I originally saw Dr. Kashan about my hair loss which had gotten progressively worse thru the pandemic. His vast knowledge and the care in which he took to explain everything to me was amazing and put me at ease immediately. I also inquired about threads and he once again explained everything to me while addressing all my concerns and answering all my questions. I decided to do both procedures and words cannot fully express how happy and impressed I was with results. My face looks rejuvenated but not overdone I look like a younger more rested version of me ... at 48 years old that s a pretty big deal. Today was my third session of PRP and the difference after just 2 sessions is insane!!! I have noticeable hair growth and my hair looks thicker...the results have exceeded any expectations I had. I can sit here all night and sing Dr. Kashans praises ... however his work speaks for itself. Dr. Kashan and the staff are amazing to work with and make you feel like the most important person in the room. I highly recommend Dr. Kashan and will definitely be seeing more of him.

Dr Tehrani and his staff are incredibly professional. I did a lot of research before choosing a doctor because I had pain and now I feel much better. I appreciate the time and care his office took to take care of me.

I recently had a surgery with Dr. Tehrani, I had a internal gluteal lift that went horribly wrong. Within 48 hours post surgery I began to feel excruciating pains in my buttocks and I told Dr. Tehrani and his staff that it felt as if a stitch came out. Dr. Tehrani then FaceTimed me to look at the area and said nothing was wrong. A few days later as the pain and my draining got worst, I went in for a follow up and I had them check more extensively and sure enough the dissolvable stitches that he used had came out! I was left with a 4 inch long and 1 inch wide open incision between my buttocks, he then told me would not be able to stitch it back up because it has to close from the inside out and it would take two weeks to close. Two months later the incision is still not fully closed and he discharged me from his practice because I left a bad review about his practice because I felt as if his office was extremely negligent .

The NYC office is an absolutely stunning duplex with the highest-quality features, offering an expansive terrace with unobstructed views of the sky and nestled around a picturesque waterfall, providing a tranquil oasis in the heart of midtown manhattan.Dr. Tehrani is a confident, smart, honest, successful and straight-to-the point practitioner. He assuaged all of my anxiety by his compassionate demeanor, taking the time to answer all of my questions during consultation, pre-op and post-op. Notwithstanding his 18 years' dedication in practice and achievements of being a valued lecturer, educator and Chief Resident of plastic and reconstructive surgery, he is absolutely without pretense and makes you feel treasured.Kristin Tennerello, who serves as a Patient Coordinator at the facility, is an essential gem to the practice, and without whom, I would be lost and arguably would not have committed to the procedures I recently underwent. Naturally, for people without the financial wherewithal to undergo extensive plastic surgery at whim, Kristin truly made my dreams a reality: this included offering me a financing program at 0% APR for a term that worked best for me; providing me with multiple quotes of varying procedures so I could see all available options to make a reasoned decision; and managing my expectations through highly informed and detailed discussions and presenting me with relevant before-and-after pictures, showcasing Dr. Tehrani's mastery. Beyond the initial consultation, working out the financials, managing my pre on post-op care, and setting my appointments, she availed herself to me when I was scared to undergo a COVID nasal swab for the first time and when I called for her after being woken from the anesthesia on the day of my surgery. Kristin, in my opinion, is the strongest asset to Dr. Tehrani's practice.Carla Gomez, who serves as a Nurse at the facility, is very gentle and caring. In addition to administering my COVID test and preparing me for surgery, she tended to my bandages, compression garment, and cleaned all my wounds on my post-op appointment. She sensed that I was very scared and in pain, and before I left the office that day --I'll never forget--she gave me a warm hug which not only surprised me but made me feel better instantaneously.Aristocrat Plastic Surgery & MedAesthetics is truly an amazing facility with the most professional and warm staff. I am extremely satisfied with the level and quality of service as well as the results from my breast reduction procedure done by Dr. Tehrani and his entire staff. From the patient care coordinator Kristin who was always there to promptly answer any questions I had to the nurses and assistants that assisted from pre-op appointments through post-op follow-ups.My procedure took place in Mid June 2020 and the team at Aristocrat took every precaution to ensure a safe environment amidst concerns around COVID-19.Dr. Tehrani and his staff were an absolute pleasure to work with.
