The facility is very intimate- doesn't feel at all like a hospital And every aspect of the visit had the same feeling. The nurses and attendants are wonderful-calm , reassuring, and friendly And all is quiet. And Dr, Pashinski is the best. Friendly, thorough and generates confidence,

I had a fantastic experience at The Endoscopy Center of New York and want to highlight the incredible team there. From the moment I walked into the facility on 93rd St, the check-in process was seamless. The front desk staff was organized and professional, which really helped set a calm tone for the day. The nursing staff deserves a huge shout-out. They were attentive, kind, and made sure I was comfortable while getting me prepped. It’s clear they have a great system in place; I never felt rushed, yet the transition from the waiting room to the procedure area was very efficient. My procedure was handled by Dr. Jae Desai, who is an absolute pro. He is affiliated with Mount Sinai and is clearly at the top of his game. He took the time to answer all my questions with a level of thoroughness that put me at ease. Alongside him was my anesthesiologist, Dr. Robert Koniuta. Having a doctor with his multi-specialty certifications (Anesthesia, Internal Med, and Pain Management) gave me a lot of confidence. He was incredibly patient with my concerns about sedation, and the anesthesia was perfect—I woke up feeling alert and clear-headed. A great final touch was the recovery area. The nurses there were just as wonderful as the prep team, and they even provided snacks and drinks once I was awake, which was exactly what I needed after fasting. This facility is ASGE-recognized and immaculate. If you need a GI procedure, I highly recommend the combination of Dr. Desai and Dr. Koniuta. They turn a stressful medical necessity into a smooth, high-quality experience. Thank you to the entire staff!
