Extremely disappointed with the results or lack thereof and a complete waste of money and time. I had high expectations for this surgery and also for Dr Dorin. A friend of mine did the same surgery around the same time with a different doctor and has seen incredible results. When comparing, I grossly overpaid for the bare minimum number of grafts and the manual nature of how Dr Dorin operates is outdated. Overall the only thing I have to show after getting this done is sheer disappointment.

I underwent 2 hair transplant procedures in 2015.. Dr.dorin is the best.. i am satisfied and happy .. i highly recommend him 👌

It's difficult to write a negative review like this because doctors True and Dorin are ethical and kind doctors who produce good results for the most part, but my result was absolutely mediocre at best and a failure at worst. I wanted to wait at least 16 months before judging so that I could be fair, but the transplant is way too thin on the temple regions and doesn't blend well with the rest of the hairline. It doesn't look good and very upset. It looks more like a 3 month post-op stage. I have to cover up the transplanted hair by growing out my native hair. It's unfortunate given their usually good reputation and that I PAID 11k for a result that could have been done in subpar HT clinics in Turkey. They admitted they failed at least in some part and provided a 2k refund. I'm sure patients can get a good outcome, but I would encourage others to shop around and explore other reputable doctors.

They are amazing here. I was so nervous doing this procedure but have been waiting so many years to do so. So I’m glad I went with Dr. Dorin and his amazing team. I must give a shout out to Peter, who was so helpful before, during and after this whole thing. I’m glad I had my procedure and I’m glad I went here for it.

Disappointed with a bad result. I had high expectations coming in to my procedure, but now after roughly one year, I'm left upset by the quality of work done. Sure, the staff is friendly and professional, but for whatever reason, the manual technique was bad. The grafts had a very low survival rate, as they likely put too many in too small of an area, causing them to die. I would recommend looking at other options in NYC like Bernstein or Wesley.

My experience with, True & Dorin was great. -They explained exactly what the procedure was, and what I needed to achieve the goals I wanted. - I went for an FUE procedure with PRP injections - My hair was skillfully taken out from the back of my head, and placed in my frontal left and right temple areas - I worked with Dr. Dorin and his colleagues, they are true artists - I’m am extremely pleased with the results

Complete waste of a lot of money. 100% outdated. When you compare quotes check the number of grafts each doctor is quoting. Dorin is probably the most expensive with the fewest grafts.

Not a good experience. Lines were drawn larger than what was transplanted. Hairs are very thin and look pluggy after a year. Not worth the Manhattan prices. Now I need a revision with someone who actually knows what they’re doing.
