I cannot begin to express the depth of gratitude my husband and I feel for Dr. Tony Tsai. From the very first consultation, Dr. Tony Tsai made us feel seen, heard, and cared for in a way that went far beyond the clinical. Their expertise in infertility is unmatched, but it is their genuine compassion and unwavering support that truly sets them apart. Our journey to parenthood was filled with challenges, heartbreak, and moments of doubt. But Dr. Tony Tsai was there every step of the way, not just as a doctor, but as a guiding light. They took the time to explain every detail, answer our countless questions, and tailor a treatment plan that felt personalized and hopeful. Their kindness and empathy made even the toughest days a little easier to bear. When we finally received the news we had been praying for, it was Dr. Tony Tsai’s smile and heartfelt congratulations that made the moment even more special. They didn’t just help us achieve our dream of becoming parents—they gave us hope when we needed it most. To anyone struggling with infertility, I cannot recommend Dr. Tony Tsai enough. He is more than a doctor; he is a true partner in your journey, and his dedication to his patients is nothing short of extraordinary. Made sexist and race based comments and jokes during first consultation( Dr Tsai), kept pushing for IVF instead of taking time to medical history and labs of myself & my partner, immediately brought the finance person into the consultation so I could pay for IVF with no evidence that I needed IVF. Was told by his team and assured that he will order tests for me before deciding the right course of action - he outright refused to order lab tests and insisted I just decide on IVF. Nothing said was based on evidence, only greed. They asked for medical history / labs of my partner and I sent them - two months and no word from them. If they can't squeeze 10k out of you right away they won't answer emails. Avoid at all costs. IVF is USELESS if underlying causes of infertility are not addressed so it made no sense. That's why a lot of people get IVF & then have miscarriages. I'm thankfully now with a wonderful doctor who approached this very differently and not from a place of greed and ignorance

Однак, коли ми дізналися про клініку New York Fertility Center та про цих професіоналів, віра в нашу мрію повернулася до нас. Ми відразу ж зрозуміли, що це місце, де ми можемо покластися на їхні знання та досвід. З першої зустрічі з докторами Тсаем та Фенгом ми почули їхнє спокійне, впевнене та професійне ставлення. Вони вислухали наші історії, наші побоювання та сумніви. Наші надії та мрії були у їхніх руках, і ми відчували, що ми - не просто пацієнти, а люди, які вони дійсно хотіли допомогти. The center is the exact place for those, who want to get help. Dr.Tsai is well-qualified professional, who can listen and will not recommend you unnecessary treatment. I really appreciate the personnel of this center and their caring.

Had an appointment with Dr Tony Tsai today. Waited for an hour. He didnt show up, so I had to leave. No apology, nothing.

Dr. Tsai is one of the great ones. He was attentive engaging and humorous. Whiling to assist however possible and most important honest and trusting. Beyond thank for his services. Highly recommended.

It is the best Fertility Clinic around NY. They do not have to wait to check your record from another fertility clinic, they do their own at the moment of your first appointment and i do not have to wait 3 weeks for my first visit. The doctor Tsai and all the staff are happy to help you. they are very knowledge and professional team.!!1
