Been seeing Stacia Casillo for 8 years, and she’s truly the best therapist I’ve ever had. Everyone who works at this practice is wonderful— shoutout to Estefany, Chantal and Lisa who go above and beyond every single day. Bianca is also wonderful if you are looking for an empathic yet direct Couples Therapist. Not sure how anyone could give this place a negative review.

I don't write reviews very often, but sometimes an experience is just so bad that you feel it must be shared. Here it goes: The office is dangerously behind the times with technology. I'm not kidding when I say that I had to read my credit card number over the phone to the receptionist. This is an extremely insecure payment method. Unacceptable in 2023. The massive intake form that I filled out online had numerous bugs that prevented submission. Even when the form stated it was submitted successfully there were still technical problem on their end. Rarely do I encounter this level of incompetence elsewhere when simply trying to schedule an appointment online. Finally, I imagine some people may find Dr. Su helpful, but my personal experience would indicate that he is a complete quack. He cited studies from a "google search" as evidence for his medical opinion during our session. Is that the best he could come up with? He didn't even email us the specific studies afterwards. What do people learn in med school anyways? The whole experience was comically bad for us. We spent $1,000 and learned absolutely nothing. Wife and I are extremely disappointed. It was a complete waste of time & money for us. I couldn't recommend anybody going here if you actually need help. It may cause you more problems than you already have!

I have been going to The Ross Center in New York City to manage my medication and for CBT for the last couple of years. Their expertise and professionalism is above and beyond any medical office I have ever walked into. They support and treat each patient as if they were the only patient. I would highly recommend The Ross Center of NYC to anyone who may need medication management or therapy.

I was a patient here for many years. The director, Dr.Bernstein is one of the top Psychiatrists anywhere. Working in the field snd also seeing other professionals, the positive attitude, care and concern for patients is the best i have seen. They were always prompt in getting all my needs taken care of
