Dr. C deserves thousands stars. He and his team are soooo pleasant! I found him for my daughter's years of chronic constipation and I am so grateful she's under his care. He's extremely thorough, informative, explains complex medical terms in the most comprehensive way. It's clear he's very knowledgeable in his field and has extensive experience with young patients. He's also very friendly and witty, which really helps putting the child at ease.

First visit and following visits with Dr. C have been great. Got a good impression from him and his team. Very personable, and so far very thorough.

Dr C is lovely and was great with my daughter. He would get 5 stars. His office is awful however. Despite trying for 6 weeks I have been unable to have a discussion about my daughter's test results. Every admin person I spoke to promised to call back and none did. I tried calling and messaging. I got one message back but the clinical person set it so that you could not reply. Who does that? The latest insult is that I am told I can set up a virtual appointment to talk to Dr C which I have to pay for to have a conversation that is overdue from the first visit. If I were Dr C I would not want my patients treated like this especially when they are kids coming to him for help. Note that my daughter is still having stomach pains and takes Pepto every day so we didn't get the help we were hoping. Cornell do better please!
