I applied online and it took all my information and then refreshed. I thought it was a simple error so I did it again and same issue. Shame because I really wanted to give it a try
Unfortunately this place is a miss. I booked two separate therapy session with them. The 1st therapist was 1. Late to the call, then ended the call early 2. Not ready for the session - did not review the questionnaire that I worked on. The questionnaire was sent by the center. 3. Did not have her work from home setup ready - she kept readjusting her phone for the video and checking herself out during the call. It was a waste of time talking to her. I gave this center another chance and requested a consultation with a different therapist. I didn't want to waste another 45 mins to find out who I'm talking to. He never joined the call, and didn't reach out to communicate any schedule change. Don't waste your time here with people who don't care about your mental health.
I had been struggling with a debilitating fear of flying for the better part of a decade, one session with Dr. Fernandez was enough to give me the tools and resources to get back in the air. I'm incredibly grateful, I was able to finally enjoy the European summer vacation I've dreamed of for years. Thank you!
my husband and I were having conflicts and started seeing Haley. we may have been a little too intense for her and during our 2nd session, it didn't seem like she could handle us. she recommended a colleague who may be better qualified and explained a more intensive therapy plan better suited for us. my husband and I were agreeable and were looking forward to said plan. however, Haley never got back to us or connected us to her colleague. we are now seeing a great therapist who has not ghosted us and says Haley is in the wrong line of work. we have to agree! thanks for nothing
Adrian is great and i will continue counseling with him
I booked an appointment through a work benefit called Lyra with Victoria Velazquez. Waited for 30 minutes and she was a no-show even though I had emails confirming our appointment. Receptionists were extremely unprofessional and only told me she wasn't there after I asked them what was going on after sitting around for 30 minutes. They also had no answer as to why this happened. As someone looking for help with my mental health for the first time, this was a very disappointing and challenging experience. Total waste of time. Avoid!
Therapist is great! I feel that I’m listened to and given the importance in my treatment that I was seeking.
Dr. Nakajima is by far the best therapist I’ve ever worked with. She is the clam kind inner voice I want to create for myself and works with me at my pace.
Truly wonderful practice. Dr Alison Gurley is amazing and so is Dr Erika Updegrove. Really great practice that is very intersectional and very knowledgeable of LGBT issues. Highly recommend!
I’d say 3-4 months in that my partner and I are having a very positive and effective experience. Every topic we cover is treated with care and I’ve been seeing a lot of positive change in my life and my relationship when we implement what we learn from these sessions.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
