Dr. Bell is hands down one of the best Doctors I ever met with. She's incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She will take her time to answer all your questions and explain everything in detail. Every time I visit her I am promptly seen and never feel rushed. The location itself is very convenient and everyone I've encountered has been very patient and helpful.
Saw this doctor for a burning, electric pain (morton's neuroma)I had in my foot for years. I had visited several doctors, even the Hospital for Special Surgery, and they all recommended surgery, which would have me laid up healing for a month, and can't do that with my job. I saw Dr. Alani and she told me about a minimally invasive cryosurgery. I was in her office for 30 minutes and walked out myself. I was back at work after the weekend and light exercise by the end of the week. I highly recommend this doctor and this morton's neuroma cryosurgery.
Love Dr. Bell!
Dr. Alani and her team were excellent. They listened to my concerns and helped me address any issues I was experiencing. They are very accommodating with appointments and schedules and there is never a wait when I get there. I’ve been to several podiatrists recently and they are the only ones that got it right. I am sticking with Dr. Alani
Dr. Alani is wonderful. She is caring, friendly, and supportive. The level of care that Dr. Alani provides is what I would want in all my interactions with a medical professional. I'm glad to have found her!
Dr. Alani performed the Tenex procedure to remove scar tissue along my achilles on September 2022. She had used an x-ray of my tendon to diagnose the problem. Almost 3 months post-surgery, I was still experiencing pain and was unable to walk normally. During one of my follow ups with Dr Alani in December 2022, she said I had a bone spur. Given that she had not ordered an MRI prior to my procedure, I asked her whether she thought she had missed the bone spur because I had not had an MRI, she said no. During that visit, Dr Alani uttered the most appalling words I had ever heard from any doctor, she said she is going to be blunt with me, she did not know that I had a bone spur because had she done the surgery for a bone spur vs the Tenex, Christmas would have come early for her, she would have gotten a bigger payout for the surgery for the bone spur versus the surgery she'd performed on me. I told her outside of the financial gain she would have enjoyed for doing the surgery for the bone spur, my concern is the health of my foot. What is her plan of action for getting my foot back to normal? She gave me a few packets of PENNSAID and said apply them 3 times a day until my follow up with her in 2 weeks when would administer a cortisone shot for the bone spur, she requested that my physical therapist only perform manual therapy, and gave me 2 heel lifts to place in my shoes. Given Dr Alani's disgustingly "blunt" statement about the payout she would have gotten for the surgery for the bone spur, the fact that she tried to encourage me to have the tenex procedure done 2 weeks before an international trip to which I objected because I didn't think I would be healed although she said I would be fine, the fact that she wanted me to pose with a ziplock bag of my scar tissue post-procedure and be recorded saying "Tenex!" to which I objected and said can I at least wait to see if the procedure was successful before I speak to the effectiveness of the procedure, and the fact that 2 plus months post-Tenex procedure I was still experiencing pain and not able to walk normally, I did not trust her, cancelled my follow up, and sought a second opinion from another podiatrist who ordered an MRI for my right ankle. The results of the MRI revealed that the bone spur that Dr Alani was so confident that I had was in fact a ganglion cyst, I also have multiple tears along my achilles tendon, and I have retrocalcaneal bursitis. So, Dr Alani would have given me a cortisone shot for a problem I did not have and possibly increase the rupture I currently have because cortisone shots can increase risk of tendon ruptures. I am grateful that Dr Alani's blunt and disgusting words pushed me to seek another opinion. To anyone reading this, my advice is to never allow any doctor to say you will be able to walk normally 2 weeks after any procedure even if it is minimally invasive. If you are going to agree to have a procedure performed on you for any issue, seek a second or third opinion. If you have not healed from a procedure within the timeframe that most individuals heal, seek a second and third opinion. It is your health and no one will care for your health as much as you do.
Incredible first visit / experience - didn't have to wait, and was welcomed by the Doctor. Dr. Alani also had great insight and was able to explain my condition clearly, including the pathway to resolving a small subcutaneous issue I had. She also sat down with me to go over insurance copays and projected costs so I was on the same page. I look forward to my future visits.
PERFECT!!!! Dr. Hima Patel is super gentle and kind!! And I can't explain what an incredible job she did with me & and my ankle =) I appreciate DOC. ZOC for recommending her. Very well Knowledge in her field wouldn't go to anyone else!
Hands down the best podiatrist I have ever been to. My partner and I were visiting some friends in the area and I had emergency on my foot that needed to be taken care of. Dr. Alani’s magical hands healed me. I want to applaud her for her work and I usually never leave a review but it was a MUST for me! Thank you Dr. Alani for your amazing service!!! The office has a great staff as well. It’s a win-win.
Dr. Alani is extremely pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and personable. She takes her time, explains everything and it is clear that she loves people. I highly recommend her!

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
