Traci Fields's Online Review Report Card

My very first visit went well. I had general cleaning. Front desk staff were professional and kind. The office is very clean and comfortable. Restroom was also tidy and sanitary. That's always a good indicator. I was taken quickly. Dental assistant was gentle and patient with X-rays. Hygienist was also gentle and professional. Felt like it went more smoothly than my previous dentist. My consultation with Dr. Wong went well. He fully explained what work I need to have completed and the steps in which it will be completed. I haven't had any actual work by him yet. I assume it should go as well as the rest of my office visit. A plus, the dental chair massages :)

I was not a fan of going to the dentist but Sunny Dental changed this. Dr. Wong is so wonderful and he relieves all my fears. The dental hygienist always give me a thorough cleaning. The front desk staff are absolutely the nicest group I every met in a doctor's office. I highly recommend this dental practice for anyone who wants wonderful experience at the dentist's office.

Can't get over how pleasant my experience was! I'm not particularly anxious about dentist appointments, so I'm not usually fussy or picky to begin with. Still, what sets Sunny Dental apart is that I noticed that I personally felt so comfortable and safe throughout my visit. The whole team was so warm. I love sunny dental care! I've had such a difficult time since moving to NY finding a good dentist that doesn't make me feel like I'm walking into a car dealership. Sunny dental care made me feel so well taken care of, my concerns were listened to, and they got the job done. At the end of my visit I got a welcome goodie bag and I thought that was a nice touch. Highly recommend !!

Traci is an exceptional health care professional and nutritionist. I have tried many weight loss programs, been to multiple nutritionists, and never been successful until I met Traci. She gets to know you, understand your goals, your health history, your diet, and gives you sound advice and a nutrition plan that is tailored just for you. I also really appreciate how dedicated she is to her patients - anytime I email Traci with a question or concern, she responds within 24 hours - if not less. Once I was worried about something, emailed Traci and immediately she wrote me an Rx to get blood work done - a week later when I saw her she walked me through my results, and helped me understand everything. I see Traci every month and am always looking forward to it - she’s non judgmental, friendly, she listens, she’s there for you, and she helps you reach your health and weight loss goals! I couldn’t recommend her more, and am grateful to have found her.

Traci is truly incredible. She takes the time to get to know you personally, dissects your health history, listens to your goals, helps you understand how the body really works, and most importantly, keeps it real with you. I find her to be super knowledgeable on the latest in health. She’s also flexible with appointments and responsive via email. I’ve worked with her for about a year now and my approach to eating and exercise has forever been changed for the better. I feel like the woman I always wanted to be: healthy, energized, mentally clearer, more confident, and in control. My family and friends can tell the difference too. I couldn’t recommend Traci enough!

Dr. Wong and his team were great. I got a high level overview of my care explained to me and understood the pricing upfront. The facility/equipment looks well maintained and the service is very courteous and generous as they gave me a little gift bag of hand soap and other hygiene gifts. Super fast service too.

LOVE this place, best dentist ever! highly recommend

First time leaving a bad review for any place here - I arrived 20mins late and they charged a 50$ late cancellation fee, which is not pleasant but ok. But then they did not tell me ahead of time until I get there and don't even allow me to get the treatment. They don't give me a reminder on the call when I am on my way there. So they basically have me to come all the way from midtown to this place in downturn to pay the late fee. Horrible service and bad attitude
