List of Traube's Reviews
First of all, I don't often feel compelled to write reviews for anything. However, with Dr. Traube, it's a different story. Dr. Traube is one of the most caring doctors I have ever been to. Even though I only went to him as a gastroenterologist to rule out a specific pain I was having, he took the time to review my entire medical history and checked out the area I was having pain. He reviewed my other tests on My Chart as well. I told him I wanted to have a sedation-free colonoscopy (my first one). He gave me the pros and cons of doing it w/out sedation but agreed to do it sedation-free. Although the procedure wasn't entirely pain-free, he was as gentle as possible and kept my attention on the monitor and explained things as he was doing the colonoscopy. I really felt that he was concerned about ME and that I wasn't some particle on a conveyor belt. He's so good I wish he could be my Primary Care Physician! I recommend him hands-down!
this MD may be technically proficient, but is rude and has an unprofessional bedside manner. The more questions one asks, the more annoyed this MD becomes. He does not like to be challenged on anything he says. In fact, I had a video visit, and I was speaking, turned my focus off the screen for a moment and when I looked back, the doctor had signed off. The visit was over!!!! Amazing.
Very knowledgeable and experienced physician who tries a conservative approach to treatment. He explains the reasons for his decisions and solicits the patient's views. I would highly recommend him.
I had an appointment with Dr. Traube via video conferencing and was so pleased with my experience. He was thorough and really took the time to see the full picture of my situation. He take a more conservative approach to treatment which I like, and wants to work with me on managing my issues and not just putting me on more meds, or ordering unnecessary procedures. I would highly recommend Dr. Traube.
I went for a second opinion and found Dr. Traube extremely knowledgeable, and concerned. I would recommend him without reservation.
Highly recommended he knows what he’s doing and that is all I wanted and needed
Dr. M. Traube evaluated and treated dysphasia on the top level of professionalism.
I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. He's rude and will cut you off if you have any questions. He called me to give me my endoscopy results and told me he didn't find anything and when I asked him a few questions he told me we were on the phone for a long time when in reality it was 7 minutes, but he took at least 2-3 minutes to find my chart. He got frustrated with me and said "bye." He doesn't care about how his patients feel. He's just rude and has horrible customer service.
after waiting for an hour and fifteen minutes and finally seeing the doctor, without his apology for the wait, Dr Traube decided thats its OK to do a procedure that is not needed just so he bill the insurance company and teach his trainee. He didnt think that the patient might have to co-pay for the procedure and that it is unethical
Terrific

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
