I had such a bad experience here. I got a consultation for a BBL laser for my acne/ scarring and when I went to my consultation the technician told me she didn't have time to answer all my questions and rushed me into the treatment. She told me I needed at least 6 sessions. When I came back for my second my face had broken out with dermatitis (which I've never had before). I brought up my concerns not knowing what was happening to my skin yet. She rushed me into it again not looking at my skin or acknowledging that it was seriously irritated and was experiencing this rash. The treatment ultimately made it much worse in which she told me I just needed to book more and convinced me to buy a retinol and put that on it (do not do this!!!) I followed my instincts and never came back and found somewhere else to go. It took me months to recover from the dermatitis. This place is very salesy and doesn't care about the patients.

I've been a client for nearly 10 years. While I've tried others, Tribeca Medspa stands out from the rest - they are terrific and professional in every way. Laura is the best!

5 stars for Tribeca Medspa and specifically Laura. I have been a patient of Laura’s for years, and she is the best in the business! Not only is Laura extremely knowledgeable and skilled, but she is also friendly and kind. Laura takes the time to get to know her patients, really listens to their needs, and then executes things beautifully. I also love the personalized follow-up she provides; after every treatment, she checks in to make sure everything is perfect. I cannot recommend Tribeca Medspa and Laura enough.

The front desk is warm and welcoming. The space itself is calming and beautifully designed. But what really stood out was the service! I saw Ana and she took the time to listen, explain everything thoroughly, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in the treatment plan. Nothing felt rushed or transactional, it felt personalized and intentional. Results are natural and exactly what I was hoping for. I walked out feeling so refreshed and can’t wait to return :)

Laura is truly the best! I’m thrilled with all the procedures -fillers, botox and micro needling. Her expertise and suggestions made a real natural looking difference! I have noticed a significant difference in my skin after a few rounds microneedling. I highly recommend Laura!

Unfortunately, this was the worst dermaplaning I’ve had. Several spots around my face were missed. The Hydrafacial was fine and the staff was nice, but the experience overall was disappointing.
