The entire team is professional, friendly, and makes every visit easy and comfortable. They take the time to explain everything and always treat the kids with patience and kindness. It’s not always easy to find a dentist that both parents and kids feel comfortable with, but this place truly does an excellent job. Highly recommended!

Complete scam and only in it for the money and not the patients well being. Took both of my kids to their practice and they never did full examinations and ended up with a 9k bill after a routine visit because they claim they were never able to fully check the teeth previously. And lack of sensitivity to the case of having to put my child under sedation. Their prices are inflated as well went to get a cleaning for my daughter on the street over and it was 30 percent less for the same cleaning.

They up charge for everything. If you purchase their "insurance" plan they give you a special cleaning that isn't included. Watch out for braces or other dental work. Adjustments aren't free like they say. You'll need an exam, xray and a special cleaning.

Quoted $14,000 for orthodontic work, and my case is not very complicated. Absolutely outrageous.

Con artists. After taking my $250 for a "Consultation" (plus a 3.9% "credit card fee"), they quoted $14,000 for invisalign and a palate expander. When I told them this was not what I expected, Dr. Lena said, "my mentor in California charges $20,000." Great for them. I requested my money back, as I only spent 15 total minutes in the practice, 10 of which with the doctor, and they strictly declined. Absolute scam.

Rip-off prices for what my insurance told me is fully covered semi-annual check-ups. I got $500 bill "overdue" after my insurance covering close to $2,000. I moved my kids to a dentist down the same block and they didn't charge me a cent over what the insurance covered. The new dentist also mentioned that if you don't go through insurance and pay out of pocket, a check up and x-ray is $250...what kind of prices is this place charging????

Dr. Lisa truly helped change my daughter’s view of the dentist! She was professional and patient with us and took the time to genuinely listen. The office is super clean and welcoming. Had the most welcoming and successful first dental visit. We have seen Dr.Lisa at Tribeca Dental Studio for our 9 month baby boys first dental visit and he loved it. Dr. Lisa was very kind, and Interactive with the baby, he did not cry which was very surprising. The office is great they have a play area. Staff is very friendly and helpful with all the forms and insurance. Would highly recommend this office for your kids needs and they have an adult section under one roof so if you are looking for a family dental office look no further.
