Trifecta Health Downtown's Online Review Report Card

M. Perlberg continues to be an incredible provider who is competent, easy to work with, and is always willing to discuss changes to my treatment when needed. I am grateful to have her as my provider.

Called into the office on the afternoon of February 20 around 11:15 AM. I spoke with the manager there about a follow up appointment. I did not make the follow up appointment because she was incredibly rude and judgmental and was making all sorts of comments about why I hadn't been in in over six months. I think it's really inappropriate that the supervisor or office manager who is responsible for scheduling appointments felt the need to comment on my medical history, as that should be reserved for the practitioner. I'll find a new place to go solely because of this woman's poor behavior.

Booked an online telehealth appointment for the next day. shortly thereafter was called and told the doctor couldn't do a telehealth appointment until next week. Then was told they don't take insurance, at all. So one session with a doctor and then monthly checkups, for hundreds of dollars. There are much better options in the city, that do take insurance.

I'm still waiting on a refund from Trifecta Health. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated by someone without a medical degree. Rude doesn't get in to cover it.

I have been a patient here for almost 5 years. Lately, the virtual appointment option has been a dream come true. I was so impressed with how seamless the process was and feel even closer to my provider than I did before. Im always able to reach her and have just truly appreciated the accommodations Trifecta has made during these uncertain times.

Best service from the most knowledgable and friendly providers. Can't say enough about the quality of care and flexibility in scheduling - I am particularly impressed with the seamless transition to the telehealth consultations during these volatile times. I am a HUGE fan and look forward to continue mixing in teletherapy with Melody and others. Thanks to all the Trifecta team members!

Trifecta has always been there for me! Coordinating refills in various states as I travel for work. I never feel judged for symptoms or issues I might be experiencing. Compassionately informed with knowledgable facts and statistics, along with genuine concern for my wellbeing. Now they've shifted to Telemedicine with my favorite physician (Perlberg) it's been such a relief in our current world. I've experienced the best reliable care that I am so grateful for.

My experience with Trifecta Health Downtown has been wonderful. The staff is kind, gracious, understanding and always helpful. Dr. Fruitman is foremost in his field and gives utmost attention to his patients, takes the time to listen and address patient concerns thoroughly without ever feeling rushed out of his office for the next patient until all he has taken care to help resolve any issues and concerns you may have. I highly recommend and encourage anyone needing the best of care to go to Trifecta Health.

this place is amazing .. the nurse practitioner Ashley Strongwater is truly an incredibly compassionate and empathetic individual who is highly specialized in the treatment of ADD. i felt completely understood for once in my life.. truly life changing experience. the office manager laurie may seem all business but she's also a special one... highly organized and someone whom you feel has your back. these two make a great team... it changed my life coming here would ..i would happily recommend coming here if u think u may have HDD or any form of it or want to change to a new establishment dealing with this sort of thing. i'm forever grateful to ashley for being who she is ... amazing person.

The receptionist (or whoever is picking up the phone today) is so unpleasant and unhelpful that her interaction was enough to turn me away after 1 phone call. If she is any reflection of the quality of patient care, then look somewhere else...
