My experience at the place was very professional on time and I William Dixon believe they should be getting a raise I will never change my location to any other eye care they are the best

This is a growing practice of excellent doctors. I came to USEC because my doctor recently joined the practice. Her quality of care remains exceptional. The office experience is dismal at best. Making appointments on the website is not the easiest, updated records don't seem to be recorded to the database that the practice uses (mostly powered by 3rd party, Athena), no one answered the phone on two separate occasions during office hours, averaging 7 minutes on hold listening to a pitch about the practice. I will go back to USEC because Dr Arthur is an excellent doctor and consummate professional, thorough and cares about patient well-being. The overall process needs to be evaluated because it is not befitting of professional organization.

Are cataract patients being offered SMS bots? Does it text me a different number every time? I'm blind, I can't see anything! Why are you making fun of people like this? The coordinator called me yesterday and told me to start using eye drops before the surgery! And today, my surgery has already been canceled! I called my insurance company, and they told me they haven't received any requests from your clinic.

I was referred to Dr Kevin Wu by my PCP because I had a fracture of my left eye orbital floor. He impressed me as very knowledgeable and caring. He was very thorough and listened to and answered all my concerns. He suggested a conservative plan of care which set my mind at rest. I feel that I'm in good hands. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Precious who did my pre-tests was especially careful of my safety as I was basically looking out of one eye. I trust them with my eye care and well-being.

I had a really nice experience here, everyone so kind and comforting that it made me feel kind of sleepy almost because it was safe and warm. You know what I mean? Also Dr. Schneiderman is cool and calm and sneaky funny.

Dr. Wisnicki is a terrific doctor and a very skilled surgeon who always asks and cares to listen to your input. The clinic is efficient and will get you in and out in 20-30 mins.

Place is not that great. First of all, they won't give you your pupilary distance unless you buy their $400 frames. If you go there just for the prescriptions, they will not give it to you for some reason. And on top of that, I had to get my prescription redone, because they gave me a bad one The first time. I told them that it's a follow up correction appointment due to their error and they shouldn't be charging my insurance again. But they tried, and my insurance company denied it. either which way, I wouldn't go back to this place regardless.

I had a very positive experience at Union Square eye Care. It was easy to schedule an appointment. The staff at the front desk were professional and polite. My registration as a new patient was very easy. They took me into the exam room on time. The offices were clean. The staff was efficient. The doctor, Dr. Camille Cohen was thorough, professional and explained everything I needed to know very clearly. I am happy to have found a good place for my eye care.

Sending my eternal thanks to Dr. Ari Weitzner for doing a superlative procedure on my cataract removal and replacement with a toric lens. No more contact lens, no more glasses. I have the sharpest, clearest vision of my life. Awesome work Doctor. Warmest regards Ronnie
