I’ve been coming to Upkeep for a few years now & always leave extremely satisfied w/ my results. I went yesterday for a quick lips service w/ Alexa & she was absolutely amazing. Super sweet, nice, & made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. We discussed what kind of results I wanted, & she nailed it! I’m literally obsessed w/ my results & highly recommend booking w/ her! ♥️

i just got lip filler done for the first time yesterday with alexa and she’s an absolute gem. she took her time with me to make sure i get the best results. i am so happy with my lips. i would definitely recommend going to her for the perfect lips

I've been coming here for about two years, and I have never had a bad experience with any staff or with any treatment! Florela is so sweet and kind. I would highly recommend body contouring treatments with her. I am so impressed with my results!

Annetta was super knowledgeable and addressed all my questions and concerns about the procedure without making it seem like it was info i should already know. It’s the day after my Quick Lips (Juviderm Ultra XC) and typically i am super swollen and bruised immediately after getting filler but i have virtually zero swelling and no bruising at all. Also my lips are tea now so THANK YOU ANNETTA. I will definitely be back!

I got a half syringe of lip filler with Alexa. It was my first time getting any sort of services done and I was so happy with the results. Alexa made sure to carefully walk me through the process and asked me what I wanted and she delivered. Couldn’t recommend more!

I had lip filler done here yesterday and there is essentially no visible difference. This is not my first time receiving lip filler. I understand the difference between normal swelling/bruising and actual volume. In this case, there was no added volume at all. I even showed before-and-after photos, and the esthetician could clearly see there was no change. I returned the next day because I have a flight to France tomorrow and a scheduled photoshoot. I explained this clearly and was hoping for some level of flexibility, guidance, or even a constructive conversation. Instead, I was repeatedly told there was “nothing that could be done” due to policy. There was no meaningful explanation, no attempt to explore options, and no effort to work with me given the circumstances. I understand safety protocols. What I did not expect was the lack of care, accountability, and customer-centered approach when the result was objectively unchanged. Aesthetic medicine requires both technical skill and patient care. Unfortunately, this experience lacked both.

This place is horrible honestly, Janet popped a blood vessel in my lip after mentioning how she wasn’t happy with their prices saying other places charge $700, I was so scared of what was going to happen to my lip, then they “ offer a free facial and lip filler” they sent me a email to confirm like I would ever go back there lmao, but the email was fake. God bless these people! There’s better places to go than here, but if you’re looking for cheap deals and want to risk your face or life then this is the place for you!!
