In early Jan I sent her a form through the portal required by my employer for work-related pain. She said she completed it but didn’t bother to return it to me, so I could not get my work-related pain issues addressed for almost 2 months. Then when I finally saw her in late Feb she said I didn’t need it since a note from her was sufficient. It would have taken her 1 minute to sign the form again. It turns out my employer does need it and now I am waiting for the form again. On the bright side, she otherwise during my visit addressed my pain issues so despite her less than optimal attitude I will probably stay with her.

I have been seeing Dr Harrison for about 3 years now and am grateful for the strides I have made in that time. Addressing my scoliosis through PT has been very helpful and I worked never have considered this type of therapy without her input.
