I sought out Dr Jacob because her bio indicated speciality in IBD and experience with patients focused on disease management and family planning. Dr Jacob is always kind, and focuses on the end goal of disease remission but in the context of my life goals and most importantly finds medical solutions to fit my lifestyle. No other GI I had seen prior understood how important to be well by means necessary that also allowed me to live my life without compromise. Dr Jacob does all that and more for her patients. I’m very happy to have found Dr Jacob.

This is NOT a review for the doctor. I never saw her- I was there for a test and am under the care of another physician. The nurse did all the work. And she was absolutely lovely and explained everything. She dealt with two patients simultaneously when there had been scheduling challenges. She did it with grace and took it in stride. The doctor may not have a need to see me - all she had to do was read test results. I see another doctor, so maybe that is why she didn’t introduce herself. So all praise to the nursing staff.
