Dr. Patel explained in detail what procedures she would be doing on me. She gave me a clear vision and explained in w/ confidence the expected outcome! Jonathan her surgeon coordinator was very efficient and sooo helpful, coordinating all details setting up my first appointment meeting the doctor to setting up surgery date! This helped to relieve me of my anxiety in anticipation of the surgery ahead! Highly recommend …

Dr. Dang and Dr. Lin are great. They take the time to listen to the issues you've been dealing with and explain the underlying medical causes and lay out a recovery plan for dry eye.

I saw Dr. Patel at NYU Hospital for a medical eyelift surgery to improve my vision, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From my first visit through surgery and post-op, Dr. Patel was wonderful—caring, informative, and attentive. She took the time to walk me through the entire procedure, even called before surgery to review everything again, and followed up personally afterward to check on me. Her staff was also great—professional, kind, and supportive throughout the process. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and her team!

I had an issue with a chalazian cyst on my eyelid that needed immediate attention. I called the office and they were very gracious and offered me an appointment the very same day. I saw Dr Kruh and he was able to treat the area and prescribe antibiotics. It was a great experience and I am so appreciative.

Very busy and fast paced office, you will experience longer wait times here. However the staff is very competent and the doctors here are far more knowledgeable than other eye doctors I’ve been to! They helped me resolve an issue with a chalazion that 3 other doctors had failed to resolve. Dr. Patel is great!
