List of Wall Street Dermatology's Reviews
I’m a terrible patient, very sensitive to pain and even the fear of pain. Dr. Tzu recognized a tell-tale sign of skin cancer and when confirmed, later performed a 4 hour Moh’s procedure in her office. I now show up regularly for check ups and trust her completely. Not only is she a superb doctor but a very nice, compassionate person who is attuned to my fears.
got 3 large moles removed and the scarring is so minimal even after only 6 months! staff here are kind as well
Beautiful office, staff very friendly, and Dr Tzu a fantastic, experienced dermatologist!
The website indicated that Dr. Tzu is very accomplished and experienced in subscision. While this was one of the primary reasons I went to her, I did not expect my other questions to go ignored (e.g. what moisturizer would be efficacious with excessively dry skin). Due to the positive reviews, I was beyond surprised by the treatment I received. Dr. Tzu did not have a calm or kind demeanor. She fixated on a scar on my left temple when I already indicated my concern for the mild acne scarring on my right temple. She also did not use any tools or lighting to achieve a better look, and I had to ask for a mirror. She stepped out to search for one and became more agitated as the appointment went on. I stated upfront I was not interested in fillers or Botox. To my dismay, she chose to mention them repeatedly. I felt she was trying to upsell like others have stated. When I didn't bite, she pointed out other "imperfections" on my face such as rosacea, (something I did not know I had and no other doctor has acknowledged) and mentioned she had a laser that could get rid of them. Dr. Tzu informed me that this procedure was permanent when simple research indicated otherwise. The biggest shock came when she stated I needed four sessions for my mild acne scarring and quoted me over $10k. In addition, I was taken aback by the lack of cleanliness including the various stains and rust spots on appliances in the examination room. There was no mirror, no hooks or chairs to place my belongings so I placed them on the floor. I was given the strong understanding that Dr. Tzu was more concerned about monetary gain rather than patient health and satisfaction. This consultation cost me $300. Had I known, I would have sought a more compassionate and professional doctor.
Dr. Tzu’s office was very clean and the staff was welcoming and sweet. They ran on time while still being very thorough with my skin check. So happy I found this derm office!
Dr. Tzu is very thorough and quickly diagnosed a skin cancer that a previous dermatologist had missed completely. She performed Mohs surgery and I feel confident in the healing process. Appointments are very timely and staff is very accommodating - in office and on the phone. I look forward to continued care at Wall St. Dermatology.
Very professional people: doctor Tzu and staff. Very knowledgeable. I had a procedure done, and the doctor explained possible outcomes, so no surprises, which is good.
Dr. Tzu is knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend her office.
Professional, thoughtful and great practice. Definitely recommend Dr Tzu, she is wonderful.
Dr. Zhu and her staff are excellent. I had a few small skin issues on my face and neck, and Dr. Zhu expertly explained each procedure she would use to eliminate each. With a couple of lasers, and two small removals later (one ended up being surgical), I’ve been healing perfectly and I’m excited to go to her for other treatments.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
