Rude, impersonal care that places blame on you, the client, showing no empathy for your overall health and what brings you in. The bedside manners honestly felt hostile to the point that I felt like my skin concerns were my fault and there were no solutions.

This is a fancy office that churns through patients. Good luck having the doctor actually take time to look at your issues--you will get no more than 5 minutes of the doctors time. In my specific case, the doctor missed an obvious and crucial skin issue that I was suffering from after I had explicitly asked her to be thorough in her inspection. Upon finding her mistake, I immediately asked to be come in later that day to have it quickly taken care of, and I was told by the front desk that I had to wait a week to be seen again and that I would be charged twice. This is unacceptable care from both the doctor and the front desk.

he's a nice guy but very busy I wouldn't recommend him for injectables he did my lips while working on someone else and hit a nerve scarring my face permanently
