I felt I was in excellent hands, but I had to deal with Dr. Forbes occasionally not returning my calls or never calling back when I ask her to call. Johanna was the only one that returned my calls; the others didn't seem to care. I had to wait for twenty minutes to get a form to fill out since the receptionist was rudely on a personal phone call and didn't seem to care about anything but herself. I called the office because I had an appointment that day that Dr. Forbe missed again and was still giving me the runaround. I told them it was urgent because I haven't been feeling well and she never responded, so I ended up needing to go to the hospital and I haven't heard back from her to this day. Since they are so irresponsible, I do not advise anyone to visit her office.

I tried to make appointment with Megan Wolf from Weightzen. Nobody ever picks up the phone at this facility. I submitted electronic forms via website and only then got a response. I was looking for in person appointment. A day before the appointment - they sent a link to the zoom meeting.And half an hour before meeting - they cancelled my appointment. I tried to reschedule but nobody ever responded to my email. Very poor customer service.

Warm welcoming office. Dr Rosen is warm and welcoming. He listens to your concerns and found my hernia despite an MRI which revealed nothing. Modern medicine with an old school feel.👍👍

Doctor Rosen is amazing and so kind. He is the best doctor everrr he gave me my life back. I used to be unable to go more than 2/3 days with out eating a little junk. He allowed me to try a new medicine that was delivered to my door. I have so much more energy and make better choices with food. Thank you Doctor Rosen

Weight Zen is helping me change my life. I gained weight retiring, and during Covid I used food as comfort (like some use alcohol, drugs etc). Dr Lael Forbes is masterful at explaining all options. She spoke to me in detail, did blood work, and with incredible knowledge and experience explained my options with medications, surgery, nutrition plans. I am using new FDA approved medication that curbed my appetite, combined with a nutritionist and her guidance. I'm down 40lbs with is nearly 50% of goal. Everyone is kind and helpful: Daisey at the front desk and Johanna Martinez assisting Drs Rosen/Forbes are friendly, compassionate, and super helpful. I am reclaiming my life and health, Thank you Weight Zen.
