The lady that runs the psychiatric outpatient facility Debra was a huge disappointment for somebody in need of help in that department. Other staff is extremely helpful but her in particular took me out of the program because I was suicidal and that was the whole point of the treatment. Not exactly direct correlation but this lead to a suicide attempt which I luckily survived. Lucky for her as well. Would not deal with her but you would only be dealing with her voicemail anyway. Still in awe.

Disturbingly and shamefully impossible to reach a live person or anyone that can provide treatment. I have left 4 voicemails and sent 4 emails and even escalated my contact request multiple times through my primary physician at Cornell with a referral in hand. This department refuses to respond to voicemails calls or emails even internally from their own Cornell doctors.
