I was surprised to read these nice comments about Dr.wiliam Sobel. It almost makes me wonder if we are taking about the same person. I saw Dr.Sobel in the hospital. He was the attending there at the time. He was a decent person. He was often times very strange. He would say inappropriate things to me. He would pick on my background. He seemed to be trying to figure me out, yet, he went about it the wrong way. It seems that he could use a bit of guidance and direction himself in life. Perhaps the doctors changed since I last saw him!!!!!

Superlative. Dr. Sobel practices psychiatry w/ compassion. His guidance is expressed having listened carefully and stated w/ intelligence and insight. He is a gift to an often dicey profession.
