I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Wong. Not only did she squeeze me in for an impromptu appt, she also was considerate of the fact that I went on my lunch break. She listened to me and made me feel heard. Her front desk staff is really friendly (shoutout Cruz!) and helpful as well. I will return. Thank you Dr. Wong and staff!

Dr Wong is the absolute best. Very attentive, kind and willing to answer any question, regardless of how “stupid” it may sound. I would have loved staying with her but the office location was just too far from my home. Anyway, definitely choose Dr Wong if possible.

I recently moved to Manhattan and was looking for a female gynecologist.  I read the reviews on Dr. Wong and was highly impressed by what I read.  I know some reviews are inaccurate but these very positive reviews were all true.  Dr. Wong is my dream doctor.  Her demeanor makes you so relaxed.  She answers all questions and then some.  She  explains everything to you very thoroughly without alarming you.  The office is very clean and the staff is very friendly. It's always pleasant going to Dr. Wong. You rarely wait more than 5 minutes.  She also responds very quickly to any emergencies during non office hours.  I highly recommend Dr. Wong!!

Dr Wong is caring and gentle and extremely knowledgeable about older women's health issues. I've never been to an examination that was so painless and her office setting is as relaxing as a spa. She and her staff show utmost respect for the time of their patients. I highly recommend Dr Wong to women of any age.

I am not a person who usually gives reviews unless I feel extremely strongly about it. I would love to share that Dr. Wong is an amazing doctor she listens to all concerns and answers all questions to her full potential. I don't feel rushed when I visit her. Her office is extremely clean and her staff are welcoming. I would recommend her to anyone.

Love Dr. Lily Wong.  so warm and she makes you feel so welcome and comfortable.  The best part, no waiting.  I wish all doctors' offices were like this one.  If you have an appointment, you will be seen immediately upon arrival.  The office is clean, staff very professional and friendly.  She is definitely a keeper.  Thank you Dr. Wong

Dr. Wong is the best.  Have been going to her for years and have followed her though several addresses.  She is incredibly personable and caring.  Excellent bed side manner and will always give you a personal call if anything is off.

Similar to a prior posting, "Proceed with caution", we had initial good experiences with Dr. Lily Wong. I refrained from speaking out about these issues from 2 years ago as it was my first pregnancy, but I would like to caution any other expectant mother. This doctor presents herself well but closer to our due date, if we asked her why certain decisions need to be made, and if there were alternatives we could pursue, she became increasingly defensive and agitated. Long story short, after several awkward discussions with about how it was getting uncomfortable that we were not able to question certain procedures, or our experience overall, instead of displaying a level of understanding, she decided to make a scene at her office (at that time, West Medical Associates). All the nurses and other doctors we spoke to also re-emphasized how embarrassing it became -- and it was all because she felt we were 'challenging' her and she explained 'she did not have time' to hear our thoughts on the matter. The silver lining of this story is that we successfully transferred to much more experienced OB/GYNs for my first delivery (beautiful healthy baby boy) against all her unnecessary warnings and procedures (includes you need to be pregnant before age 32 among other odd comments!). My second was also with another OB/GYN which did not have any of the same warnings/procedures she insisted without good explanation. I heard she no longer delivers babies in her new practice -- which is good! I don't think she had a temperament or experience to handle going through the pregnancy process to delivery. Proceed with caution, if she's like that to the handful of posts I have read, its a toss up when it becomes your turn.
