Absolutely AMAZING! Dr. Brown truly goes above and beyond as a physician. She is extremely thorough, compassionate and smart. Amazing bedside manner and will be sure to get to the bottom of what is going on with your health. I am so lucky I found her! HIGHLY recommend.

A friend referred me to Dr. Brown. She has the most amazing bedside manner of any doctor I have seen in NYC. Yes, you have to schedule quite far in advance, but she is well worth it.

I scheduled an appointment at the earliest availability which was 2 months out, and confirmed appointment 3 days ahead of the scheduled date. With the uncertainty of traffic, I called to notify the office of a possibility of lateness and left a message. I called 3 times- no answer. My appointment was for 1:45pm, I arrived to the office at 1:58pm. After traveling from Central New Jersey to midtown for 1hr+, the associate at the desk told me that the doctor would not be seeing me today. She offer nothing else That was it! There was no compassion for the fact that I drove all this way, paid for parking - NOTHING! Too emotional to respond in office, I walked to my car and called the office to ask why I wasn't offered a new appointmen? Why couldn't a consideration be made? She said it was at the doctor's discretion. Well, to Dr. YADIERA BROWN, by recommendation from the esteemed Dr. ELENA JONES, I'm an extremely disappointed in how I was handled at your office. Life happens and lateness occurs. I sought you out in a effort to align my medical preferences ( a woman of color) to my health journey and I felt like you didn't handle a potential patient with care. SHAME ON YOU!

The CareMount website said she specializes in women's health, but she absolutely would not address my women's health issues. Inadequate and disappointing. Will be looking for a new GP.
